بررسی تأثیر حکمرانی خوب بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی

چکیده
نظریۀ حکمرانی خوب را اولین بار بانک جهانی در سال ١٩٨٩ مطرح کرد. حکمرانی خوب عبارت است از فرایندها و ساختارهایی که روابط سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی را هدایت می‌کند. سرمایۀ اجتماعی در جامعه شامل نهادها، رابطه‌ها، نگرش‌ها و ارزش‌هایی است که بین مردم حاکم است و به توسعۀ اقتصادی و اجتماعی کمک می‌کند. در پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر حکمرانی خوب بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی بررسی شده است. بدین منظور، پنج بعد حاکمیت قانون، حق اظهارنظر، پاسخ‌گویی، شفافیت و اعتماد برای حکمرانی خوب در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامۀ ساختۀ پژوهشگر است که روایی آن را نخبگان تأیید کرده‌اند. پایایی پژوهش نیز به روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان علوم انسانی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بودند. از میان پرسش‌نامه‌های توزیع‌شده، ٣٨٤ پرسش‌نامه جمع شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار  SPSSو برای آزمون فرضیات پژوهش، از آزمون تی استیودنت استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیرگذاری حکمرانی خوب بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی است. از میان ابعاد گوناگون حکمرانی خوب نیز حاکمیت قانون، بیشترین تأثیر را بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی داشت.
