چکیده | ||
امروزه سازمانها بهدنبال حداکثرشدن بهرهوری گروهها هستند، اما کارهای گروهی همیشه بهطور کامل به نتایج مطلوبی ختم نمیشود و گاهی با مشکلاتی همراه میشود که از آن جمله میتوان به بطالت اجتماعی اشاره کرد. بطالت اجتماعی انگیزه و تلاش افراد را در کار گروهی در مقایسه با کار فردی کاهش میدهد. در این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به سازوکارهای کاهش بطالت اجتماعی، اثر حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده بر بطالت اجتماعی بررسی شده است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را تمام کارکنان شاغل در شعبههای بیمۀ البرز شهر تهران (220 نفر) تشکیل میدهد. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، حجم نمونه 140 نفر تعیین شد و نمونهگیری نیز به روش تصادفی طبقهای انجام گرفت. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی اجرا شد و جمعآوری دادهها بهکمک پرسشنامه انجام گرفت. دادهها نیز با بهرهمندی از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر بطالت اجتماعی دارد و میتواند موجب تعدیل آن شود. | ||
