چکیده
 در محیط کسب‌وکار رقابتی امروزی، مدیریت سرمایه‌های فکری بیش‌ازپیش به عنوان عاملی اساسی در جهت کسب و حفظ مزیت رقابتی سازمان شناخته می‌شود. هدف اصلی این مقاله طراحی مدلی جهت سنجش قیاسی ظرفیت‌های سرمایة فکری در سازمان‌ها است. در این راستا در گام نخست، شاخص‌های نُه‌گانة متغیر سرمایه‌های فکری با مراجعه به متون نظری تحقیق شناسایی شد. در گام دوم،  با روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی کمیته‌ای چهارده‌نفره از میان متخصصان منابع انسانی شرکت توانیر و سه سازمان تابعة آن تشکیل شد و روش اولویت‌بندی فازی برای محاسبة اهمیت نسبی یا وزن شاخص‌ها به‌کار گرفته شد. در گام سوم، جهت نشان‌دادن کاربست‌پذیری مدل، با به‌کارگیری نظر 6 نفر از خبرگان منابع انسانی شرکت توانیر که به روش قضاوتی انتخاب شده بودند، سه شرکت تابعة شرکت توانیر از نظر قابلیت سرمایه‌های فکری،  با روش مشابهت فازی رتبه‌بندی شدند.
