چکیده | ||
مقالۀ حاضر به بررسی تأثیر آزادسازی تجاری و وضعیت فضای کسبوکار بر سرمایهگذاری مستقیم خارجی بین 23 کشور منطقۀ آسیای جنوب غربی در بازۀ زمانی 2004 تا 2012 میپردازد. رویکرد پژوهش اقتصادسنجی است و از تحلیل رگرسیون تعمیمیافتۀ دادههای پانل آزمون تأثیر متغیرهای مد نظر بهره برده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد آزادسازی تجاری بهصورت مستقیم بر سرمایهگذاری خارجی تأثیر میگذارد. در بین شاخصهای فضای کسبوکار نیز هزینههای دریافت مجوز ساختوساز، اجراییشدن قراردادها، دریافت نیروی برق، هزینههای شروع کسبوکار جدید، زمان لازم برای صادرات، زمان لازم برای واردات و هزینههای آمادهسازی و پرداخت مالیات، از معناداری کافی برخوردارند. متغیرهای زمان لازم برای واردات و زمان لازم برای صادرات، بیشترین سهم را در پیشبینی سرمایهگذاری مستقیم خارجی به خود اختصاص دادهاند. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، ارائۀ مدل مناسب خطمشیگذاری ملی که در آن نهادهای متولی دارای همگرایی باشند، برای پیشبرد سیاستهای آزادسازی تجاری و بهبود فضای کسبوکار، موضوعی ضروری بهشمار میرود. | ||
