| هدف: در سالهای اخیر، تفکر طراحی بهعنوان رویکردی نوین و انسانمحور برای حل مسائل پیچیده و نوآوری شناخته شده است و در صنعت گردشگری سلامت، میتواند با تأکید بر فرایندهای مشارکتی و خلاقانه، به حل چالشها و بهرهبرداری از ظرفیتهای این صنعت کمک کند. این مطالعه به بررسی نقش تفکر طراحی در ارتقای توسعۀ پایدار، بهبود فرایندهای کارآفرینی و استراتژیهای کسبوکار در صنعت گردشگری سلامت میپردازد. همچنین هدف آن شناسایی عناصر کلیدی صنعت است که میتوانند از بهکارگیری تفکر طراحی بهرهمند شوند. روش: این پژوهش چارچوب نظری مبتنی بر مدل تفکر طراحی و اصول توسعۀ پایدار را ارائه میدهد. برای این منظور، مقالهها و مطالعات مرتبط با تفکر طراحی، گردشگری سلامت، توسعۀ پایدار و کارآفرینی، از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبری همچون اسکوپوس، وبآوساینس و گوگل اسکالر جمعآوری شدند. معیارهای انتخاب مقالهها، عبارت بودند از: ارتباط مستقیم با موضوع تحقیق، بهروز بودن و کیفیت علمی آنها. پس از جمعآوری مقالههای منتخب، محتوا بهدقت بررسی و مفهومها و نکتههای مهم هر مقاله استخراج شد. تأثیر تفکر طراحی در گردشگری سلامت، برای نخستینبار بهطور جامع در این مطالعه بررسی شده است. همچنین پتانسیلهای این صنعت مانند توسعۀ پایدار، نقش مدلهای نوآورانۀ کسبوکار و تأثیر آن بر فرهنگ و اقتصاد محلی و چالشهای موجود در فرایند ادغام تفکر طراحی بررسی شده است. نوآوری اصلی این پژوهش، ارائۀ مدلی ترکیبی از تفکر طراحی و اصول توسعۀ پایدار است. بر مبنای دادههای استخراجشده از مطالعات پیشین و نمونههای بررسی شده و تحلیل مفهومی، یک مدل نظری طراحی شد که نشان میدهد چگونه هر مرحله از تفکر طراحی، میتواند به بهبود فرایندهای کارآفرینی و در نهایت توسعۀ پایدار در حوزۀ گردشگری سلامت کمک کند. این مدل مفهومی نشان میدهد که چگونه میتوان از تفکر طراحی برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات، افزایش رضایت گردشگران و ارتقای قابلیتهای کارآفرینانه و توسعۀ مدلهای کسبوکار پایدار استفاده کرد. همچنین، این مدل راهکارهایی برای توسعۀ پایدار و طراحی خدمات مبتنی بر همکاری بین ذینفعان ارائه میدهد. یافتهها: این مطالعه، پنج مرحلۀ اصلی تفکر طراحی، شامل همدلی، تعریف مشکل، ایدهپردازی، نمونهسازی و آزمایش را شناسایی و تأثیر آنها را بر کیفیت خدمات و تجربۀ گردشگر در صنعت گردشگری سلامت بررسی کرده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که استفاده از تفکر طراحی، میتواند فرایندهای کارآفرینی را بهطور چشمگیری بهبود بخشد، نوآوری را تقویت کند و راهحلهای مؤثری برای چالشهای صنعت ارائه دهد. همچنین تفکر طراحی میتواند به تقویت استراتژیهای کسبوکار، افزایش رقابتپذیری صنعت و ترویج رشد پایدار کمک کند. نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه بینشهای ارزشمندی برای کارآفرینان، سیاستگذاران و ذینفعان علاقهمند به گسترش صنعت گردشگری سلامت ارائه میدهد. مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی نشان میدهد که چگونه تفکر طراحی میتواند برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات، افزایش رضایت گردشگران و تقویت قابلیتهای کارآفرینی، نوآوریهای جدید و مدلهای کسبوکار پایدار در این بخش بهکار گرفته شود. در نهایت، پیشنهادهایی برای آیندۀ این صنعت ارائه شده است. این پیشنهادها عبارتاند از: همکاری گستردهتر بین ذینفعان، توسعۀ مدلهای نوین گردشگری سلامت، توجه بیشتر به ملاحظات زیستمحیطی، یادگیری مداوم و استفاده از فناوریهای پیشرفته. | ||
