| ضعف در نوآوریهای مدیریتی و تعاملات ذینفعان یکی از چالشهای اساسی در کاهش تابآوری نهادی حکمرانی منابع طبیعی در مناطق بحرانخیز است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش نوآوری مدیریت سبز و تعاملات ذینفعان در ارتقای تابآوری نهادی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شد. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (PLS-SEM) و تحلیل دادههای گردآوریشده از ۳۱۵ پرسشنامه معتبر بود. در مدل مفهومی پژوهش، نوآوری مدیریت سبز بهعنوان متغیر مستقل، تعاملات ذینفعان بهعنوان سازوکار میانجی و تابآوری نهادی بهعنوان یک سازه کلان چندبعدی بهعنوان متغیر وابسته در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد نوآوری مدیریت سبز اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تابآوری نهادی دارد؛ ضریب مسیر مستقیم برابر با 0.414 بوده و توانست 41.4 درصد واریانس تابآوری نهادی را تبیین کند. همچنین، نوآوری مدیریت سبز از طریق تعاملات ذینفعان 44 درصد واریانس مدل را توضیح داد و اثر غیرمستقیم آن بر تابآوری نهادی معادل 0.294 برآورد شد. آزمونهای سوبل و بوتاسترپ معناداری نقش میانجی تعاملات ذینفعان را تأیید کردند. شاخصهای برازش مدل شامل KMO=0.831 و نتایج آزمون بارتلت (sig=0.000) کفایت نمونه و ارتباط معنادار میان متغیرها را نشان دادند. همچنین، پایایی ترکیبی سازهها بالاتر از 0.7 و روایی همگرا بیش از 0.5 گزارش شد که بیانگر اعتبار مناسب مدل اندازهگیری است. یافتهها نشان میدهد نوآوری مدیریت سبز با بازطراحی فرآیندهای مدیریتی، کاهش اتلاف منابع و ادغام معیارهای محیطی در تصمیمگیری، ظرفیت نهادی را برای مواجهه با بحرانهای اجتماعی و محیط زیستی ارتقا میدهد. در عین حال، تعاملات میان دولت، نهادهای محلی و جامعه مدنی بهعنوان سازوکار میانجی، همافزایی نهادی، مشروعیت اجتماعی و حکمرانی شبکهای را تقویت میکند. بنابراین، ترکیب نوآوری سبز و همکاری چندذینفعی میتواند راهبردی کارآمد برای ارتقای تابآوری نهادی در مناطق بحرانخیز باشد. | ||
