| هدف: با ورود هوش مصنوعی به صنعت بانکداری، عوامل پذیرش آن بهعنوان محرکهای اصلی شکلگیری نیت مشتریان برای بهرهبرداری از کانالهای همهکاره شناخته میشوند که این خود نویدبخش تحولی شگرف در ارائۀ خدمات مالی است. این تحول نهتنها به بهبود تجربۀ مشتریان کمک میکند، بلکه به بانکها نیز این فرصت را میدهد که در بازار رقابتی، با ارائه خدمات نوآورانه و کارآمد، جایگاه خود را تثبیت کنند. بهاینترتیب، آیندۀ صنعت بانکداری با بهرهگیری از هوش مصنوعی، روشنتر و پُرامیدتر از همیشه به نظر میرسد. هدف این مقاله، تبیین نقش عوامل پذیرش هوش مصنوعی بر کیفیت ادراکشده و نیت استفادۀ مداوم کانال همهکاره در صنعت بانکداری با توجه به نقش تمایل به رابطه است. روش: این مطالعه از نظر پارادایم از نوع اثباتگرایی، از نظر استراتژی پژوهش قیاسی، از نظر زمانی مقطعی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و روش آن توصیفی محسوب میشود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، مشتریان بانکهای شهر اصفهان است که حداقل یکبار از انواع کانالهای ارائۀ خدمت بانک استفاده کردهاند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، ۴۰۰ نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادههای پژوهش پرسشنامه بوده است. سؤالهای متغیرهای سودمندی ادراکشده، سهولت استفادۀ ادراکشده و لذت ادراکشده، برگرفته از حسن و همکاران (۲۰۲۳)، سؤالهای عملکرد ادراکشده و اجتماعی بودن ادراکشده، برگرفته از پایس (۲۰۱۹)، سؤالهای کیفیت ادراکشده برگرفته از کابادای، لیوریرو و کارنوال (۲۰۱۷)، سؤالهای رضایت برگرفته از کارلسون، اوکاسس و اچرمانن (۲۰۱۷)، سؤالهای نیت استفادۀ مداوم کانال همهکاره برگرفته از لی و کیم (۲۰۲۱) و سؤالهای تمایل به رابطه برگرفته از گائو و همکاران (۲۰۲۲) بوده است. در این پژوهش روایی (محتوا و سازه) و پایایی (ضرایب بارهای عاملی، آلفایکرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی) سنجیده شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و از نرمافزارهای اسپیاساس۲۵ و اسمارت پیالاس ۳ استفاده شده است. یافتهها: نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان میدهد که سودمندی، سهولت استفاده، لذت، عملکرد و اجتماعی بودن ادراکشده، بر کیفیت ادراکشده تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. کیفیت ادراکشده بر رضایت و رضایت بر نیت استفادۀ مداوم از کانال همهکاره تأثیر مثبت و معناداری میگذارد. تمایل به رابطه قادر است ارتباط بین رضایت و استفادۀ مداوم از کانال همهکاره را تعدیل کند. نتیجهگیری: صنعت بانکداری باید بر بهینهسازی عوامل سودمندی، سهولت استفاده، لذت و عملکرد هوش مصنوعی تمرکز کند تا کیفیت ادراکشده و رضایت مشتریان را بهبود بخشد و بدین ترتیب، تأثیر مثبتی بر نیت استفادۀ کانالهای همهکاره بگذارد. علاوهبراین، توجه به تمایل به رابطۀ مشتریان، میتواند به تقویت نیت استفادۀ مداوم از این کانالها کمک کند و به ایجاد تجربهای بینظیر در تعاملات مالی منجر شود. در این راستا، بانکها باید بهطور مداوم به بررسی و بهبود خدمات خود بپردازند و از بازخورد مشتریان بهرهبرداری کنند تا بتوانند در یک بازار رقابتی، جایگاه خود را تثبیت کنند و بهعنوان پیشرو در ارائه خدمات مالی هوشمند شناخته شوند. | ||
