| هدف: رشد از موضوعات کلیدی کسبوکارها و بهویژه کسبوکارهای نوپاست. رشد موضوعی پیچیده و چندبُعدی است و پراکندگی نظری زیادی در خصوص آن وجود دارد. پژوهشهای پیشین با استفاده از دیدگاههای نظری متفاوت، تمرکز بر جنبههای خاص و در نظر گرفتن بخشی از عوامل مهم و مؤثر، موضوع رشد را بررسی کردهاند که علاوهبر ایجاد واگرایی، ارتباطات میان آنها مشخص نیست. پژوهش حاضر بهدنبال واکاوی ادبیات و تلفیق یافتههای پژوهشهای انتشاریافتۀ پیشین در رابطه با عوامل مؤثر بر رشد کسبوکارهای نوپا در شرکتهای هلدینگ و تعاملات این عوامل با یکدیگر است تا بتواند به تصویری کلان و چندوجهی از رشد کسبوکارهای نوپا در شرکتهای هلدینگ دست یابد. روش: با توجه به پراکندگی نظری و وجود پژوهشهایی با رویکردهای متفاوت و تمرکز بر جنبههای خاصی از رشد که میتواند موجب سردرگمی مخاطب شود، از یک سو و همچنین، طرح عوامل مؤثر بر رشد کسبوکارهای نوپا در سطوح مختلف در مطالعات پیشین از دیگر سو، از روش مرور نظاممند چندسطحی استفاده شد. در این راستا ۳۳۵۹ مقاله انتشار یافته طی سالهای ۱۹۵۵ تا ۲۰۲۴ در پایگاههای داده اسکوپوس و وبآفساینس، در حوزۀ رشد کسبوکارهای نوپا و تعاملات شرکتهای هلدینگ و کسبوکارهایهای تابعه آنها، از جمله کسبوکارهای نوپا و استارتاپها، بر اساس معیارها و کلمههای کلیدی پژوهش استخراج و پس از غربالگری، ۱۵۲ مقاله، بهشکلی عمیق تحلیل و بررسی شد. یافتهها: در مجموع ۱۱۴۷ کد در قالب ۸ مقولۀ اصلی، ۳۳ زیرمقوله و ۳۱۹ مؤلفه شناسایی و بخشبندی شد. براساس رویکرد چندسطحی و با در نظر گرفتن رشد کسبوکار نوپا (۳ زیرمقوله و ۳۱ مؤلفه)، بهعنوان مقولۀ محوری مد نظر این پژوهش، عوامل مؤثر شناساییشده، در قالب چهار مقوله، شامل ویژگیهای سازمانی کسبوکار نوپا (۱۲ زیرمقوله و ۹۵ مؤلفه)، تیم کارآفرینی شامل بنیانگذاران و مدیران (۲ زیرمقوله و ۴۸ مؤلفه)، شرکت هلدینگ (۳ زیرمقوله و ۳۰ مؤلفه) و عوامل زمینهای (۳ زیرمقوله و ۳۲ مؤلفه) بازآرایی شدند. همچنین سه مقوله در ارتباط بین این سطوح با یکدیگر شکل گرفتند که عبارتاند از: تعاملات شرکت هلدینگ و کسبوکار نوپا (۴ زیرمقوله و ۵۲ مؤلفه)، تعاملات شرکت هلدینگ و تیم کارآفرینی (۲ زیرمقوله و ۹ مؤلفه) و قابلیتهای مدیریت رشد کسبوکار نوپا (۴ زیرمقوله و ۲۲ مؤلفه). نتیجهگیری: پژوهش حاضر چارچوبی مفهومی را برای رشد کسبوکارهای نوپا در شرکتهای هلدینگ ارائه داده که علاوه بر سطحبندی عوامل مؤثر بر رشد، به ارتباط میان سطوح نیز موشکافانه توجه کرده است. با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش، رشد کسبوکارهای نوپا در شرکتهای هلدینگ، پدیدۀ پیچیدهای است که از برآیند عوامل مختلف در قالب سطوح چهارگانه و تعاملات بین آنها شکل میگیرد. بهمنظور انجام پژوهشهای آتی، بررسی این چارچوب بهصورت کیفی و کمی، بهویژه از منظر مطالعات چندسطحی و همچنین واکاوی سازوکارهای رشد و چگونگی تأثیر هر یک از عوامل در زمینههای محیطی متفاوت پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
