| با توجه به چالشهای ناشی از بهرهبرداری بیرویه از منابع طبیعی و نیاز به مدیریت پایدار، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی وضعیت سرمایه اجتماعی در روستاهای شهرستان خاش، واقع در استان سیستان و بلوچستان با تمرکز بر دو بُعد اعتماد و مشارکت اجتماعی پرداخته است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل بهرهبرداران کشاورزی در چهار روستای اسلامآباد، اسماعیلآباد، بوتگان و بیلری پشتکوه در شهرستان خاش است که بر اساس جدول مورگان 56 نفر انتخاب شدهاند. برای شناسایی کنشگران کلیدی و ارزیابی روابط میان آنها از روش تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی استفاده شده است. ابتدا با تکمیل پرسشنامه و مصاحبه مستقیم با ذینفعان محلی، دادههای لازم برای تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی گردآوری و سپس با استفاده از نرمافزار Ucinet6 تحلیل شد. در نهایت سرمایه اجتماعی بر اساس پیوندهای اعتماد و مشارکت با استفاده از شاخصهای کمّی در سطح خرد شبکه تحت بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها کنشگران کلیدی در هر روستا را بر اساس پیوندهای اعتماد و مشارکت مشخص کرده است. این کنشگران با بالاترین میزان قدرت و نفوذ در فرایند مدیریت مشارکتی تأثیرگذارند. این تحقیق بر ضرورت تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی از طریق افزایش اعتماد و مشارکت در میان ذینفعان محلی تأکید دارد. بهویژه تغییر رویکرد به سمت مدیریت مشارکتی با کمک شناسایی کنشگران کلیدی میتواند به بهبود وضعیت منابع طبیعی و توسعه پایدار روستایی کمک کند. در نهایت نوآوری پژوهش حاضر در بررسی ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی در روستاهای شهرستان خاش است که تاکنون کمتر به آن توجه شده بود. | ||
