| آهن از عناصر غذایی ضروری گیاهان است که به شکلهای مختلف در خاک وجود دارد و فراهمی و نقش آن در خاک و محیطزیست به توزیع نسبی شکلهای شیمیایی آن بستگی دارد. بنابراین اندازهگیری دقیق شکلهای آهن اهمیت ویژهای دارد. روشهای معمول آزمایشگاهی سخت، گران و زمانبر هستند و لازم است از روشهای جدید که مشکلات مذکور را نداشته باشند استفاده شود. روش طیفسنجی مرئی-مادونقرمز نزدیک در مقایسه با روشهای سنتی آزمایشگاهی، سریع، غیرمخرب و کمهزینه است. هدف این مطالعه، برآورد شکلهای شیمیایی آهن خاک با استفاده از دادههای بازتاب طیفی در محدوده مرئی-مادونقرمز نزدیک با روشهای رگرسیون حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLSR) و رگرسیون چندمتغیره خطی گامبهگام و در نهایت توسعه توابع انتقالی طیفی بود. پس از اندازهگیری شکلهای شیمایی آهن و بازتاب طیفی 130 نمونه خاک، ابتدا از مدلسازی PLSR برای پیشبینی شکلهای آهن و شناسایی باندهای طیفی مؤثر استفاده شد. باندهای انتخابشده براساس مقادیر انحراف معیار ضرایب رگرسیون، به مدل SMLR وارد شدند تا توابع طیفی ساده و کاربردی توسعه یابند. مدلها با دادههای آموزش ساختهشده و با دادههای آزمون اعتبارسنجی شدند. برای ارزیابی مدلها از ضریب تعیین، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا و خطای میانگین استفاده شد. مقادیر R² اعتبارسنجی مدلهای PLSR بهترتیب برای آهن کربناتی، آهن تبادلی، آهن متصل به ترکیبات آلی، اکسیدهای آهن بیشکل، اکسیدهای آهن بلوری، آهن متصل به اکسیدهای منگنز، آهن باقیمانده و آهن کل 37/0، 63/0، 53/0، 67/0، 68/0، 59/0، 51/0 و 54/ بودند. مقادیر برای توابع طیفی مبتنی برSMLR 41/0، 55/0، 44/0، 41/0، 65/0، ۰53/0، 48/0 و 48/0 بودند. هرچند کارایی PLSR بهتر از توابع طیفی بود، اما در برخی ویژگیها تفاوت چشمگیر نبود. بنابراین طیفسنجی Vis-NIR ترکیبشده با مدلهای رگرسیونی بهویژه PLSR روشی مؤثر، کمهزینه و غیرمخرب برای برآورد شکلهای آهن خاک است. پیشنهاد میشود توابع طیفی توسعهیافته پیش از کاربرد، در خاکهای غیرآهکی اعتبارسنجی شوند. | ||
