نرخ بهره حقیقی و تورم: شواهدی از اقتصاد ایران | ||

| چکیده | ||
| مدتهاست که راجع به سودمند بودن ابزار نرخ بهره در کنترل تورم در ایران مباحثه وجود دارد. مطالعه حاضر بر اساس آنچه در تحلیل اقتصاد کلان از زمان نات ویکسل مطرح شده است، ادعا میکند که نرخ بهره حقیقی در بلندمدت فاقد روند بوده و اثری بر تورم ندارد اما در کوتاه مدت، بین نرخ تورم و نرخ بهره حقیقی رابطه منفی وجود دارد که منطبق بر رویه سیاستگذاری پولی در حال حاضر در جهان است. در این راستا، ابتدا نرخ تورم انتظاری برای دوره زمانی (۸)۱۴۰۴-(۸)۱۳۹۴ با استفاده از یک مدل VAR غلتان مبتنی بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصاد برآورد شده است؛ بهگونهای که این برآورد مبنای محاسبه نرخ بهره حقیقی از طریق تعدیل نرخ بهره اسمی با انتظارات تورمی قرار گرفته است. سپس، برای تحلیل روابط کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت، از رویکرد ARDL استفاده شده است. نتایج تجربی نشان میدهند که نرخ بهره حقیقی در بلندمدت اثر معناداری بر تورم ندارد، در حالیکه در کوتاهمدت اثر منفی و معنادار دارد. این یافتهها حاکی از آن است که استفاده از نرخ بهره بهعنوان ابزار کنترل تورم در کوتاهمدت کارآمد است. همچنین، نتایج مطالعه با تصریحهای مختلف دارای استحکام بوده است. | ||
