| چکیده | ||
| ویژگیهای هیدرولیکی خاک، بهویژه هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع (Ks)، نقشی کلیدی در حل مسائل مرتبط با مدیریت خاک و آب در سیستمهای کشاورزی، بومشناسی و زیستمحیطی دارند. اندازهگیری مستقیم این ویژگیها دشوار، پرهزینه و زمانبر است؛ از اینرو، استفاده از روشهایی غیرمستقیم برای برآورد آنها رایج است. در این پژوهش با بهرهگیری از ویژگیهای زودیافت خاک و متغیرهای کمکی محیطی (دادههای عوارض زمین و سنجش از دور)، کارایی روشهای رگرسیون خطی چندگانه (MLR)، درخت تصمیم (DT) و شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی (ANN) در برآورد و نقشهسازی توزیع مکانی Ks بخشهایی از حوضههای آبخیز چرداول و چمشیر (استان ایلام) ارزیابی شد. بدین منظور، Ks در 95 نقطه از محدوده موردمطالعه با استفاده از دستگاه نفوذپذیری آب به خاک گولف اندازهگیری شد. برخی از ویژگیهای زودیافت خاک و متغیرهای کمکی محیطی نیز در این نقاط تعیین شد. سپس اعتبار مدلهای اشـتقاق یافتـه در برآورد Ks با استفاده از ضریب تبیین (R²)، جذر میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، ضریب همبستگی تطابق (rc) و میانگین خطا (ME) ارزیابی شد. نتایج ارزیابی این مدلها نشان داد که مدل ANN عملکرد بهتری نسبت به مدلهای MLR و DT در تخمین Ks داشت. مدلهای MLR و DT مقادیر Ks را کمتر از مقدار واقعی برآورد کردند، در حالیکه ANN تخمینهایی دقیقتر و پایاتر ارائه کرد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که نقشه تغییرپذیری مکانی Ks میتواند با تلفیق ویژگیهای زودیافت خاک و متغیرهای کمکی محیطی تهیه شود؛ این رویکرد میتواند به توسعه مدلهای اگروهیدرولوژیکی در مناطق با محدودیت داده کمک کند. در مجموع یافتهها بیانگر آن است که افزودن دادههای کمکی محیطی به ویژگیهای خاک میتواند باعث افزایش دقت برآورد Ks، بهویژه در مدل ANN، شود. | ||
