| Background: Implementation drivers are based on the standard features successfully executed among many implemented programs and practices. Aim: The study aimed to use implementation drivers to propose a sports coach management model. Methods: We have reviewed the coaches' role in German talent identification and development football programs and followed the qualitative meta-synthesis method with Sadowski and Barroso's approach. So, we verified 50 documents and extracted 589 nonrepetitive open codes and 115 concepts. Results: We showed that coaches' roles in a talent program are according to the three sides of the Fixsen and Blase (2008) and Fixsen et al. (2013-2015) model. Competency drivers include selection, training, coaching, and performance. Leadership drivers include Technical and DFB & DFL. Finally, Organization drivers comprise the Double Pass, coordinators, and DFBnet. Conclusion: Properly organizing and balancing these three sides of the triangular model can leverage success for both coaches and programs. In sports management, implementation drivers illustrate the role of coaches. This approach offers a new perspective on their role in managing and leading sports talents. | ||
