| چکیده | ||
| مسئله پژوهش، نقد مداخلات محیطی در معماری و شهرسازی معاصر است که با نادیدهانگاری عناصر زیستی، «جای» (Site) را از ظرفیتهای محیطی تهی کرده و آن را به کالبدی صرف برای تحمیل خواستههای انسانی تقلیل دادهاند. این نقیضه، ریشه در ناکارآمدی نظریههای رایج مکان در تبیین همزمان و دیالکتیکی مؤلفههای کالبدی و توانمندیهای محیطی دارد. در پاسخ به این شکاف نظری، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، توصیف و تبیین فرآیند «دگرسازی فضایی» است. این مطالعه میکوشد تا نشان دهد چگونه میتوان با واکاوی رابطه تعاملی میان «ظرفیتهای فضایی جای» و «توانمندیهای محیطی مکان»، بستر فیزیکی را با بازتعریف کارکردها و ادراکات، به یک ساختار معنادار، زیسته و واجد ارزشهای محیطی (مکان/Place) ارتقا داد. پژوهش حاضر با اتخاذ روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع بریکولاژ (بریکلاژ) و با تکیهبر نرمافزارMAXQDA، انجام شده است. پژوهش، به فهم چگونگی همافزایی ظرفیتهای فضایی جای و توانمندیهای محیطی مکان، در قالب 4 سناریو (مکانهای هوشمند الگوریتمی، مکانهای بوم سازگار جامعهمحور، مکانهای مصرفیاره و گسسته، مکانهای پویا و همافزا از طریق انطباق) دستیافته است. نتایج پژوهش به ارائه چهار فرضیه پژوهشی برآمده از ترکیبسازی این سناریوها و ارائه چارچوبی مفهومی انجامیده است. راهکارهایی کاربردی مبتنی بر سناریو منتخب: «مکانهای پویا و همافزا از طریق انطباق»، برای بازآفرینی فضاهای شهری و ارتقای هویت، کارکرد و کیفیت ادراکشده مکان، ارائه گردید. | ||
