| چکیده | ||
| This study aims to empirically examine: (1) the effect of financial compensation on turnover intention, (2) the effect of supervisor support on turnover intention, (3) the mediating role of career adaptability in the relationship between financial compensation and turnover intention, and (4) the mediating role of career adaptability in the relationship between supervisor support and turnover intention. A quantitative approach was employed, involving a random sample of 347 employees from 17 consumer goods companies in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that: (1) financial compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, (2) supervisor support has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, (3) career adaptability mediates the effect of financial compensation on turnover intention, and (4) career adaptability also mediates the effect of supervisor support on turnover intention. | ||
