| چکیده | ||
| هدف: ریزمغذیها، بهویژه عنصر روی، نقش مهمی در متابولیسم طبیعی و رشد جوجههای گوشتی دارند. استفاده از فناوریهای نوین به سنتز کمپلکسهای جدید روی کمک میکند تا این ریزمغذی را بهطور مؤثرتری به بدن برساند. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی اثرات منابع معدنی، آلی و نانو عنصر روی بر عملکرد، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی و ایمنی و کیفیت گوشت جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. روش پژوهش: به همین منظور 200 قطعه جوجه یک روزه سویه راس 308 بهصورت تصادفی به پنج تیمار و هر تیمار دارای چهار تکرار تقسیم شدند. گروههای آزمایشی بهترتیب با جیره بر پایه ذرت و کنجاله سویا (شاهد بدون روی)، جیره پایه مکمل شده با سولفاتروی، روی متیونین، نانوسولفاتروی و نانوروی متیونین در سطح 40 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم خوراک تنظیم شد. پرندگان بهصورت آزاد به آب و خوراک دسترسی داشتند. درجه حرارت و رطوبت نسبی در محدوده مناسب حفظ شد. فراسنجههای موردآزمون در این مطالعه، عملکرد تولیدی، خصوصیات لاشه، هماتولوژی خون و کیفیت گوشت ران بود. کمپلکسهای نانوروی نیز بر اساس تکنولوژی نانوکیلات طراحی شدند. یافتهها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که در پایان دوره آغازین (10 روزگی) کمترین میزان مصرف خوراک در پرندگان تغذیهشده با مکمل نانو سولفاتروی (40 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) مشاهده شد (05/0>P). پایین بودن مصرف خوراک در این گروه، منجر به کاهش رشد پرندگان در این دوره نیز شد، بهطوریکه در مقایسه با سایر گروهها تفاوت قابلتوجهی داشت (05/0>P). یک تمایل به معنیداری در کل دوره (یک تا 42 روزگی) در افزایش وزن بدن بین تیمارها مشاهده شد (06/0P=). پایینترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک در پرندگان تغذیهشده با نانوروی متیونین مشاهده شد که به لحاظ آماری با گروه شاهد و نانو سولفاتروی تفاوت داشت (05/0>P). بازده لاشه در پرندگان تغذیهشده با مکمل نانو سولفاتروی و گروه شاهد کمتر از سایر تیمارها بود (05/0>P). وزن نسبی چربی محوطه شکمی در پرندگان گروه شاهد و تغذیهشده با مکمل نانو سولفاتروی نسبت به سایر تیمارها بالاتر بود (05/0>P). درصد لنفوسیتهای خون در پرندگان تغذیهشده با مکمل نانوروی متیونین و روی متیونین پایینتر بود (05/0>P). غلظت مالوندیآلدهید در گوشت ران پرندگان گروه شاهد در زمانهای 50، 100 و 150 دقیقه در مقایسه با بقیه پرندگان بالاتر بود (05/0>P). نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که گنجاندن 40 میلیگرم از منابع روی متیونین (نانو یا آلی) در کیلوگرم خوراک، اثرات مثبتی بر عملکرد رشدی و برخی فراسنجههای ایمنی و کیفیت گوشت دارد. | ||
