| چکیده | ||
| هدف: سلامت و رشد مناسب گوسالههای شیرخوار یکی از چالشهای مهم صنعت دامپروری میباشد. زیرا گوسالهها بهدلیل نقص سیستم ایمنی مستعد ابتلا به بیماریهای گوارشی و تنفسی هستند که منجر به افزایش مرگومیر در آنها میشود. یکی از راهکارهای تغذیهای برای بهبود این وضعیت استفاده از افزودنیهای خوراکی است. امروزه استفاده از پروبیوتیک و بیوچار در جیره بهعنوان یک راهکار موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی پتانسیل استفاده از بیوچار همراه با پروبیوتیک بر عملکرد، گوارشپذیری، فراسنجههای خونی و رفتارهای تغذیهای گوسالههای شیرخوار هلشتاین انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش: در این پژوهش از 28 راس گوساله ماده نژاد هلشتاین تازه متولدشده با میانگین وزنی 8/3±2/41 کیلوگرم بهمدت 70 روز بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل 2×2 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1- جیره شاهد (بدون افزودنی)، 2- جیره حاوی دو گرم پروبیوتیک در روز، 3- جیره حاوی یک درصد بیوچار و 4- جیره حاوی دو گرم پروبیوتیک در روز بههمراه یک درصد بیوچار بود. جیره پایه با نسبت علوفه به کنسانتره 10 به 90 درصد تنظیم و متعادل شد. گوسالهها در طول دوره آزمایش دسترسی آزاد به آب و خوراک آغازین داشتند. مصرف خوراک بهصورت روزانه و تغییرات وزن بدن و رشد اسکلتی هر دو هفته یکبار اندازهگیری شد. نمونه خون در روزهای صفر (زمان تولد)، 35 و 70 و نمونه مدفوع در هفته پایانی آزمایش از تمامی گوسالهها گرفته شد. رفتارهای تغذیهای گوسالهها مانند ایستادن، خوابیدن، خوردن، نشخوارکردن و رفتارهای غیرتغذیهای مانند لیسیدن، مکیدن و جویدن اشیای محیطی در هفته پایانی آزمایش بهمدت سه روز متوالی بررسی و ثبت شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که در گروههای دریافتکننده بیوچار مقدار مصرف خوراک آغازین و وزن از شیرگیری گوسالهها بالاتر از سایر گروهها بود (05/0>P). مصرف بیوچار سبب افزایش ارتفاع جدوگاه، ارتفاع هیپ و دور شکم گوسالهها شد (05/0>P). همچنین مصرف همزمان پروبیوتیک و بیوچار (تیمار چهار) سبب افزایش ارتفاع جدوگاه و ارتفاع هیپ شد (05/0>P). مصرف همزمان پروبیوتیک و بیوچار بهترتیب سبب افزایش درصد گوارشپذیری ماده آلی و پروتئین خام شد (05/0>P). اما گوارشپذیری سایر مواد مغذی تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. غلظت گلوکز خون نیز تحت تأثیر مصرف بیوچار افزایش یافت (05/0>P). هیچکدام از رفتارهای تغذیهای تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. اثر متقابل پروبیوتیک و بیوچار بر هیجیک از فراسنجههای اندازهگیریشده در این پژوهش معنیدار نبود. نتیجهگیری: مکملسازی با بیوچار، بهتنهایی یا در ترکیب با پروبیوتیکها، تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد رشد، رشد اسکلتی، و گوارشپذیری مواد مغذی در گوسالههای شیرخوار داشت و توانایی بالقوه آن را بهعنوان یک افزودنی خوراکی کاربردی برای حمایت سلامت و بهرهوری در اوایل زندگی برجسته کرد. | ||
