| در شرایط کنونی که پایداری و مسئولیتهای محیطزیستی به معیارهای کلیدی ارزیابی شرکتها تبدیل شدهاند، درک چگونگی تعامل سازوکارهای حکمرانی با عملکرد مالی برای سیاستگذاران و سرمایهگذاران اهمیتی حیاتی دارد. بهویژه در بازارهای نوظهور با ساختار مالکیت متمرکز، شناسایی نقش تعدیلکننده حکمرانی سبز و تنوع هیأت مدیره میتواند راهکارهای مؤثری برای کاهش ریسک و بهبود کارایی ارائه دهد. بدین منظور، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثرات متقابل تمرکز مالکیت، تنوع هیأت مدیره و حکمرانی محیطزیستی بر کارایی سرمایهگذاری و ریسک ورشکستگی مالی در ۱۲۱ شرکت پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای ۱۳۹۷ تا ۱۴۰۳ میپردازد. با بهکارگیری روش گشتاورهای تعمیمیافته پویا، مدل تصحیح خطای برداری پنل و آزمون علیت گرنجر، روابط کوتاهمدت، بلندمدت و جهت علیت بین متغیرها تحلیل شده است. یافتههای آماری بیانگر تمرکز بالای مالکیت (میانگین 4/68 درصد)، تنوع متوسط هیأت مدیره (شاخص بلائو 341/0) و سطح محدود حکمرانی محیطزیستی (میانگین 412/0) است. نتایج نشان میدهد اگرچه تمرکز مالکیت به تنهایی اثر مثبتی بر کاهش ریسک ورشکستگی دارد، در تعامل با حکمرانی محیطزیستی ضعیف، کارایی سرمایهگذاری را کاهش میدهد. در مقابل، تنوع هیأت مدیره نقش تعدیلکننده مثبت دارد و اثرات منفی تمرکز مالکیت را خنثی میکند. مدل PVECM روابط بلندمدت قویتری را تأیید و حکمرانی محیطزیستی را بهعنوان عامل کلیدی پایداری معرفی میکند. آزمون علیت گرنجر نیز نشاندهنده جهت علیت از حکمرانی محیطزیستی به سمت کارایی سرمایهگذاری و ریسک ورشکستگی است. این پژوهش با ارائه مدلی جامع و پویا، شکاف موجود در ادبیات مربوط به تعامل این عوامل در بازار سرمایه ایران را پر میکند. | ||
