| چکیده | ||
| ازدواج زودهنگام دختران یکی از چالشهای مهم آموزشی در استان آذربایجان شرقی است که پیامدهای گستردهای برای نظام تعلیم و تربیت و توسعۀ فردی و اجتماعی دانشآموزان داشته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی چالشهای اجتماعی، مدیریتی و آموزشی مرتبط با حضور دختران دانشآموز ازدواجکرده در مدرسه، با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند از میان اولیای مدارس دخترانۀ تبریز با نرخ بالای ازدواج زودهنگام انجام گرفت و فرایند نمونهگیری با تحقق اشباع نظری دادهها در مصاحبۀ یازدهم پایان یافت. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و به روش ششمرحلهای براون و کلارک (2006) تحلیل شد. دستهبندی 68 کد اولیۀ معنایی به شناسایی سه مضمون اصلی و ۱۲ زیرمضمون انجامید: ۱. مقررات و منابع حمایتی شامل عدم شفافیت مقررات، رویکردهای دوگانه و نبود حمایت نهادی و مالی؛ ۲. کاستیهای عملکردی و ساختاری مدرسه، از جمله عدم آمادگی کادر آموزشی، نبود امکانات حمایتی، شرایط و فضای نامطلوب مدرسه؛ و ۳. عوامل اجتماعی و هنجاری بهویژه عادیسازی ازدواج زودهنگام در جامعۀ محلی. نتایج نشان میدهد مواجهۀ نامناسب با چالشهای آموزشی این دانشآموزان، علاوه بر تضعیف فرایند تحصیلی و تربیتی آنان میتواند بر کیفیت آموزشی و فضای روانی سایر دانشآموزان نیز اثر منفی بگذارد و زمینۀ بازتولید این پدیده را فراهم کند. برایناساس، این پژوهش بر ضرورت بازنگری در راهبردهای آموزشی، فرایندهای اجرایی، تقویت حمایتهای نهادی و ارتقای ظرفیتهای مدیریتی و فرهنگی مدارس تأکید میکند تا بتوان ضمن حمایت از تحصیل این دختران، از وقوع ازدواجهای زودهنگام دانشآموزان در مدارس شهری و روستایی تبریز پیشگیری کرد. | ||
