چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی جایگاه هوش مصنوعی در سیاستگذاری کشورهای منطقه آسیای جنوب شرقی و به صورت مشخص کشور سنگاپور است. با اهمیت یافتن هوش مصنوعی در سیاستگذاری کشورهای جهان، کشورهای منطقه آسیای جنوب شرقی هم با علاقه بسیار، قدم به سوی دستیابی و استفاده گسترده از هوش مصنوعی گذاشته‌اند به شکلی که گسترش هوش مصنوعی پیامدهای قابل توجهی بر اقتصاد و جامعه کشورهای عضو آسه­آن گذاشته است. از بین کشورهای منطقه آسیای جنوب شرقی، سنگاپور پیشگام استفاده از قابلیت­های هوش مصنوعی در منطقه آسه­آن بوده است. از این رو پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که  هوش مصنوعی  در کدام ابعاد سیاستگذارانه کشورهای منطقه آسیای جنوب شرقی و به­خصوص کشور سنگاپور مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است؟ فرضیه مقاله حاضر این است که منطقه آسه­آن جز اولین مناطقی در جهان است که هوش مصنوعی را در تمامی ابعاد زندگی جامعه خود جای داده‌ است و هوش مصنوعی در سیاستگذاری اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیرساختی و بهداشتی برخی از کشورهای این منطقه به­خصوص سنگاپور مورد توجه ویژه قرار گرفته است.. برای پاسخ به سوال پژوهش از روش تبیینی و گردآوری داده‌های‌ کتابخانه‎‌ای، اینترنتی، استفاده شده است. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که سنگاپور با تأسیس دفتر ملی هوش مصنوعی و کنسرسیوم علم داده سنگاپور و با استفاده از رویکرد انسان‌محور و اخلاقی در سیاستگذاری بخش­های مختلف از جمله مراقبت­های بهداشتی، امور مالی، آموزش، مقررات حقوقی، اکوسیستم نوآوری و ایجاد شهر هوشمند، پیشروترین کشور منطقه جنوب شرقی آسیا در استفاده از هوش مصنوعی بوده است.
