| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مؤلفههای اشتغالپذیری در برنامههای درسی رشتههای کشاورزی و با استفاده از روش سنتز پژوهشی مبتنی بر مدل ششمرحلهای روبرتس انجام شد. با وجود تأکید گسترده بر اهمیت اشتغالپذیری دانشآموختگان، مطالعات پیشین عمدتاً پراکنده و فاقد چارچوبی یکپارچه بودند. برای پر کردن این خلأ، ۳۱ مطالعه مرتبط، شامل ۲۶ مطالعه خارجی و ۵ مطالعه داخلی، با جستجوی نظاممند در پایگاههای معتبر داخلی و بینالمللی شناسایی و با استفاده از تحلیل کیفی و کدگذاری سهمرحلهای (باز، محوری و انتخابی) بررسی شد. یافتهها نشان داد که مؤلفههای اشتغالپذیری را میتوان در چهار بُعد اصلی دستهبندی کرد: بُعد فردی، شامل جهتگیری شغلی، سرمایه روانشناختی و شایستگیهای شخصیتی؛ بُعد بینفردی، شامل شایستگیهای ارتباطی، شبکههای بینفردی و تواناییهای رهبری تیمی؛ بُعد مهارتی، شامل مهارتهای نرم، شایستگیهای فنی، شایستگیهای کارآفرینی و یادگیری تجربی؛ و بُعد محیطی، شامل سرمایه اجتماعی، ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت، و هدایت شغلی. این ابعاد، در تعامل با یکدیگر، چارچوبی جامع برای ارتقای اشتغالپذیری فراهم میکنند. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که مؤلفههای چندبعدی اشتغالپذیری باید بهشکلی یکپارچه و نظاممند در فرایند طراحی و تدوین برنامههای درسی رشتههای کشاورزی در نظر گرفته شوند. بازنگری برنامههای درسی بر اساس این چارچوب جامع میتواند شکاف موجود میان محتوای آموزش دانشگاهی و الزامات واقعی بازار کار را کاهش دهد و نقش مؤثری در ارتقای اشتغالپذیری پایدار دانشآموختگان ایفا کند. چنین رویکردی نهتنها هماهنگی بیشتری میان اهداف آموزشی و نیازهای بازار ایجاد میکند، بلکه زمینهساز توسعه ظرفیتهای حرفهای و توانمندسازی بلندمدت دانشآموختگان رشتههای کشاورزی خواهد بود. | ||
