| چکیده | ||
| تنش شوری یکی از چالشهای زیستمحیطی در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک است و تولید گیاهان شورزیست روشی پایدار برای تغذیه دام و حفاظت خاک محسوب میشود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر شوری آب آبیاری بر عملکرد زیستتوده و ویژگیهای مورفو-فیزیولوژیکی نهال دوساله وتیورگراس (zizanioides Chrysopogon) انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شش سطح شوری آب (آب شهر (شاهد)، 4، 8، 16، 32 و 64 دسیزیمنس بر متر) در قالب طرح بلوک کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار به مدت ده ماه اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ارتفاع گیاه از ماه هفتم به بعد، وزن تر و خشک اندام زیرزمینی، رطوبت نسبی برگ و میزان پرولین بهطور معنیداری تحت تأثیر شوری قرار گرفت، در حالی که قطر تاج پوشش، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و برگ، بیومس رویشی و رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی تحت تأثیر قرار نگرفتند. کمترین ارتفاع گیاه در شوری 64 دسیزیمنس و بیشترین آن در شوری 32 دسیزیمنس با 57 درصد افزایش نسبت به شاهد مشاهده شد. وزن اندام زیرزمینی و رطوبت برگ در شوریهای بالاتر کاهش و افزایش معنیداری داشت، و بر خلاف انتظار، میزان پرولین در شوری 4 دسیزیمنس کاهش یافت. ضریب انتقالTF) ) کمتر از یک نشاندهنده ویژگی دافع نمک این گیاه است. به طور کلی، وتیورگراس تحمل بالایی نسبت به شوری دارد و حتی در شوری 64 دسیزیمنس تولید زیستتوده اندام هوایی و تاج پوشش تحت تأثیر قرار نگرفت، که استفاده از آن برای تولید علوفه و حفاظت خاک در مراتع شور را توجیهپذیر میسازد. | ||
