| چکیده | ||
| هدف این پژوهش بررسی عملکرد حرارتی و کارایی انرژی پارچه پنبهای بازیافتی بهعنوان عایق حرارتی پایدار در ساختمانهای واقع در اقلیم سرد است. آزمایشهای انجامشده در حالت پایدار نشان دادند که میانگین ضریب رسانایی حرارتی این عایق حدود 046/0 وات بر مترکلوین (W/m·K) است که با محدوده عملکرد عایقهای طبیعی با کیفیت بالا مطابقت دارد. پایداری گرادیان حرارتی و تکرارپذیری نتایج، اعتبار روش آزمایش و یکنواختی انتقال حرارت در نمونهها را تأیید کرد. در گام بعد، شبیهسازی عددی با استفاده از نرمافزار انرژی پلاس انجام شد تا تأثیر این ماده در کاهش مصرف انرژی ساختمان ارزیابی شود. نتایج مدلسازی نشان داد که استفاده از لایهای با ضخامت ۱۲ سانتیمتر از عایق پنبهای در دیوار، منجر به کاهش میانگین ۳۴ تا ۳۵ درصدی کل مصرف انرژی سالانه نسبت به حالت بدون عایق میشود. بیشترین سهم صرفهجویی مربوط به انرژی گرمایش است که نشاندهندهی عملکرد مطلوب این ماده در کاهش تلفات حرارتی در شرایط اقلیمی سرد، مانند شهر تبریز، است. بر اساس یافتهها، پارچه پنبهای بازیافتی بهدلیل ویژگیهای فیزیکی مناسب، پایداری زیستمحیطی، قیمت پایین و در دسترسبودن، میتواند بهعنوان جایگزینی پایدار و اقتصادی برای عایقهای مرسوم مطرح شود و در جهت بهینهسازی مصرف انرژی در بخش ساختمان نقشی مؤثر ایفا کند. | ||
