| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف بررسی طراحی و روایییابی آموزش عزتنفس به شیوۀ مککی و فانینگ و اثربخشی آن بر اجتناب تجربهای انجام شد. پژوهش طی دو مرحله انجام گرفت. در مرحلۀ اول جلسات آموزشی تدوین شدند. سپس هشت متخصص روانشناسی روایی محتوایی جلسات را تعیین کردند. در مرحلۀ دوم، از روش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با پیگیری دوماهه استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری مطالعه دانشجویان دختر روانشناسی دانشگاه علوم و حدیث تهران در زمستان 1402 بودند که با نمونهگیری دومرحلهای ارزیابی شدند. در مرحلۀ اول نمونهگیری هدفمند بود. در مرحلۀ دوم به روش تصادفی ساده 30 نفر انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و یک گروه کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. آموزش عزتنفس طی 16 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد و پس از گذشت دو ماه پیگیری به عمل آمد. بهمنظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامۀ پذیرش و عمل-نسخۀ دوم (AAQ-II) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS نسخۀ 28 و با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد آموزش عزتنفس به شیوۀ مککی و فانینگ روایی محتوایی قابلقبولی دارد. همچنین نتایج مداخلۀ آموزشی مشخص کرد آموزش عزتنفس بهطور معنیداری میتواند اجتناب تجربهای را کاهش دهد. از آنجا که آموزش عزتنفس دارای روایی محتوایی است و اثربخشی آن مورد تأیید است پیشنهاد میشود از این برنامۀ آموزشی برای کاهش اجتناب تجربهای در دانشجویان استفاده شود. | ||
