| پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و مقایسۀ سوگیری توجه به نشانههای بدنی در میان مبتلایان به سندروم روده، افراد بسیار مضطرب و افراد سالم انجام گرفت. پژوهش از نوع مقطعی و مقایسهای بود. نمونه شامل ۱۵ بیمار مبتلا به سندرم رودۀ تحریکپذیر مراجعهکننده به کلینیکها، ۱۵ فرد بسیار مضطرب و ۱۵ فرد سالم ساکن شهر تهران در سال 1403 بود که به روش در دسترس انتخاب و هر سه گروه از لحاظ سن، جنسیت و تحصیلات همتا شدند. شرکتکنندگان با استفاده از پرسشنامههای اضطراب حالت-صفت اشپیلبرگر (STAI)، افسردگی بک (BDI-II)، مقیاس شدت علائم سندرم رودۀ تحریکپذیر (IBS-SSS) و همچنین تکلیف رایانهای کاوش نقطه (Dot Probe) با مدت نمایش محرک ۵۰۰ میلیثانیه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تحلیل نتایج با تحلیل کوواریانس آمیخته (ANCOVA) و با نرمافزار SPSS 27 انجام گرفت. مطابق یافتهها، مبتلایان به IBS در مقایسه با گروه سالم، بهطور معناداری به محرکهای تصویری مرتبط با نفخ، اجتناب توجه نشان دادند (013/0p=)، اما این تفاوت در محرکهای مرتبط با درد مشاهده نشد. علاوهبراین، مبتلایان به IBS بهطورکلی واکنش کندتری از گروه سالم داشتند (024/0p=). یافتهها نشان میدهد سوگیری توجه در سندرم رودۀ تحریکپذیر بهصورت اجتناب انتخابی از نشانههای خاص بروز میکند و هرچند اضطراب این اجتناب را تقویت میکند، اما بهتنهایی قادر به توضیح الگوی شناختی IBS نیست. این یافتهها بیانگر نقش مستقل محور روده-مغز در پردازش شناختی-هیجانی در IBS است. | ||
