| مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش پیشبینیکنندۀ سبکهای دلبستگی و شخصیت با میانجیگری هوش هیجانی روی ارتباط با خانوادۀ همسر انجام گرفت. مطالعه مقطعی و همبستگی و شامل 300 زوج بهعنوان نمونه از جامعۀ زوجین دانشجویان استان تهران در سال 1398 بود. برای انتخاب افراد از نمونهگیری خوشهای دومرحلهای و بهمنظور اندازهگیری متغیرها، از چهار پرسشنامۀ مقیاس سیستمی-مثلثی خانواده (FTSS)، دلبستگی کولینز و رید (RAAS)، تایپ شخصیتی نئو (NEO-PI-R) و هوش هیجانی بار-آن (EQ-I) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار OpenBugs نسخۀ 3.2.3 صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد دلبستگی ایمن با ارتباط با خانوادۀ همسر بهصورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم با نقش واسطهای هوش هیجانی ارتباط دارد (0/05 >p). از پنج عامل شخصیت، برونگرایی و روانآزردگی بهصورت غیرمستقیم و دلپذیر و باوجدانبودن بهصورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم ارتباط نشان دادند (0/05 >p). با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، از آنجا که با تعیین ارتباط بین متغیرهای دلبستگی، شخصیت و با مدیریت هوش هیجانی بهعنوان متغیر میانجی میتوان به مدیریت بهتر ارتباط با خانوادۀ همسر دست یافت، شناخت و درک هوش هیجانی و تلاش برای بهبود آن در راستای ارتباط بهتر با خانوادۀ همسر ضروری است. | ||
