| ذخیره کربن آلی خاک (SOCs) و فعالیت آنزیمها از شاخصهای کلیدی برای ارزیابی پویایی اکوسیستم در مناطق کوهستانی به شمار میروند. این پژوهش تغییرات SOCs و فعالیت آنزیمهای اصلی را در امتداد یک گرادیان ارتفاعی (2400–0 متر) و عمقی (100–0 سانتیمتر) در جنگلهای کوهستانی بررسی کرد. برای برآورد SOCs دو روش عمق ثابت (FD) و جرم معادل خاک (ESM) بهکار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که SOCs بهطور معنیداری تحت تأثیر ارتفاع، عمق و برهمکنش آنها قرار دارد (P ≤ 0.001). مقدار SOCs با افزایش ارتفاع افزایش و با افزایش عمق کاهش یافت؛ بهطوری که بیشترین و کمترین مقادیر آن تا عمق یک متری بهترتیب در ارتفاع 2400–1800 و 600–0 متر ثبت شد که بیانگر افزایش 14/1 برابری SOCs در ارتفاعات بالاتر بود. همچنین میانگین SOCs در لایههای عمقی (100–80 سانتیمتر) نسبت به لایه سطحی (20–0 سانتیمتر) حدود ۷۰٪ کاهش نشان داد. روش ESM دقت بیشتری نسبت به FD داشت (CV = 2.61٪ در مقابل CV = 3.65٪). فعالیت آنزیمهای β-گلوکوزیداز، اورهآز و آریلسولفاتاز با افزایش ارتفاع بیشتر و با عمق کمتر شدند، در حالی که سلولاز، فسفاتاز اسیدی و قلیایی با افزایش هر دو عامل کاهش یافتند. فعالیت دهیدروژناز (DHA) برخلاف دیگر آنزیمها با عمق افزایش داشت و با SOCs همبستگی منفی (r = -0.92) نشان داد. همچنین، SOCs همبستگی قوی با کربن زیستتوده میکروبی (r = 0.99) و فعالیت آنزیمی (r ≥ 0.82) داشت، در حالی که الگوی عمقی آن در کل گرادیان ارتفاعی ثابت باقی ماند. این نتایج اهمیت در نظر گرفتن همزمان عمق و ارتفاع را در مدلسازی SOCs و مدیریت پایدار اکوسیستمهای کوهستانی برجسته میسازد. | ||
