مقایسه تأثیر پستبیوتیک، پروبیوتیک و مولتیومایسین در جیره کم پروتئین بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجههای گوشتی | ||

| مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از 200 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار، چهار تکرار و 10 پرنده در هر تکرار به مدت 42 روز انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1- جیره با پروتئین خام توصیه شده و بدون افزودنی 2- جیره کم پروتئین (95 درصد احتیاجات توصیه شده) بدون افزودنی 3- جیره کم پروتئین + پستبیوتیک 4- جیره کم پروتئین + 02/0 درصد پروبیوتیک 5- جیره کم پروتئین + 03/0 درصد مولتیومایسین بودند. نتایج نشان داد، کاهش سطح پروتئین جیر ه با و بدون افزودن پستبیوتیک و پروبیوتیک به جیره تفاوت معنی داری بر مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در دوره های آغازین، رشد، پایانی و کل دوره پرورش نسبت به گروه شاهد نداشت. تیمار حاوی 03/0 درصد مولتیومایسین به طور معنی داری سبب کاهش مصرف خوراک در دوره های آغازین و کل دوره پرورش شد (05/0P<). در کل دوره از نظر ضریب تبدیل غذایی تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی مشاهده نشد. درصد لاشه، در تیمار حاوی مولتیومایسین (تیمار 5) به طور معنی داری از سایر تیمارها کمتر بود (05/0P<). درصد تیموس در تیمار حاوی پستبیوتیک (تیمار 3) نسبت به تیمار 1، 2 و 4 بیشتر بود. درصد طحال در تیمار 2 به طور معنی داری نسبت به تیمار 1، 3 و 5 بیشتر بود (05/0P<). از نظر جمعیت میکروبی تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی مشاهده نشد. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد، جیره کمپروتئین با و بدون افزودن پستبیوتیک و پروبیوتیک تأثیر منفی بر صفات عملکردی، خصوصیات لاشه و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجههای گوشتی نداشت. | ||
