| در این مقاله، رقابت چین و هند برای حکمروایی ژئوپلیتیکی در فضاهای سرزمینی اقیانوس هند را با استفاده از منطق ژئوپلینومیک (جغرافیا، سیاست و اقتصاد) بهعنوان لنزی از فرایندهای مادی و گفتمانی بررسی میکنیم و رویکردی ژئوساختاری ارائه میدهیم که پلی روششناختی میان جغرافیاهای کلاسیک و انتقادی است. این رویکرد با تمرکز همزمان بر جهان فیزیکی/مادی (بهعنوان زیرساخت) و کدهای تنظیمی/تصوری (بهعنوان گفتمان) پیش میرود. در این تحلیل، بر کدهای ژئوپلینومیک تمرکز میکنیم که موقعیت تصوری یک کشور در جهان را با بینشی از مفصلبندی مادی فضا ترکیب میکند تا نقشهبندی موقعیت و قدرت را با اقتصاد سیاسی سرزمینی همسو کند. در بحث تجربی ما، این یک فرایند مادی است، زیرا سیاست بندرپایه، یک ابزار سرزمینی برای اقدامات نظامی و اقتصادی در رقابتهای قدرت و موقعیت در جهت شکلدهی و تنظیم کدهای ژئوپلینومیک محسوب میشود. همچنین این یک فرایند گفتمانی است که تولید تصاویر را برای توجیه کدهای ژئوپلینومیک در فرایندهای شمول و جذب بسیج میکند. این یک درک ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئوپلینومیک از فضا بهعنوان مقولههای خیالی و واقعی در ساخت رویکرد ژئوپلیتیک ساختارگرایانه ارائه میدهد. از طریق مطالعة موردی رقابت بندری بین چین و هند، بهطور گستردهتری نشان میدهیم که شیوههای حکمرانی بندری پیامهای نمادینی ایجاد میکنند، درحالیکه از نظر فیزیکی فضا را تغییر میدهند. کد ژئوپلینومیک چین ساخت و توسعة زنجیرهای از بنادر خارجی و کریدورهای بینالمللی برای تغییرات در نظام حکمرانی جهانی است. کد ژئوپلینومیک هند نیز مهار قدرت بندری چین در اقیانوس هند از طریق سرمایهگذاریهای خارجی در بنادر و حملونقل دریایی است. | ||
