چکیده
افزایش جمعیت شهری و سالخوردگی جمعیت دو مشخصه اصلی قرن بیست و یکم عنوان شده است. سالخوردگی جمعیت در سطح جهانی پدیده‌ای فراگیر بوده که از عوامل متعددی نشات می‌گیرد. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل پیشران‌های مؤثر بر سالمندی شهر تهران است. روش پژوهش، روش ترکیبی است. برای شناسایی اولیه پیشران‌ها از روش مرور دامنه‌ای و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته بر اساس مدل STEEPV، برای تکمیل فهرست پیشران‌ها و تعیین میزان اهمیت آن‌ها از روش دلفی و برای تحلیل تأثیرات متقاطع از تحلیل ساختاری میک‌مک استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد متغیرهای رکود اقتصادی، جهانی‌شدن و ارزش‌های مدرن و قدرت خرید به‌عنوان پیشران‌های مستقل و متغیرهای وضعیت اقتصادی جامعه، فقر، نرخ بیکاری و اشتغال، نابرابری اقتصادی، سبک زندگی، کیفیت زندگی، نرخ مهاجرت، ثبات سیاسی، فردگرایی و ارزش‌های فردی، شهرنشینی، باورها و ارزش‌های اجتماعی، نابرابری اجتماعی، سرمایه اجتماعی به‌عنوان متغیرهای دووجهی بیش از سایر متغیرها در تعیین وضعیت سالمندی شهر تهران نقش خواهند داشت. نتایج نشان داد باتوجه‌به وضعیت موجود، ماهیت پیشران‌ها و چشم‌انداز تغییرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی، جمعیت شهر تهران با سرعت بیشتری به سمت سالمندی حرکت خواهد کرد و تحقق سالمندی مفرط در شهر تهران واقعیتی گریزناپذیر است؛ بنابراین توصیه می‌شود برای مدیریت پدیده سالمندی و پیامدهای آن، در کنار سیاست‌گذاری برای بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی و مدیریت تغییرات اجتماعی برای کاهش سرعت سالمندی، نسبت به اجرای راهبرد سالمندی فعال و بهبود و اصلاح محیط کالبدی و اجرای سیاست‌های شهر دوستدار سالمند اهتمام ویژه داشته باشند.
