| هدف: هدف این مطالعه تعیین سطح بهینه آرژنین در جیره غذایی بلدرچینهای ژاپنی (Coturnix coturnix japonica) و ارزیابی تأثیر آن بر عملکرد رشد، بازده خوراک و بازده لاشه با استفاده از مدلهای رگرسیونی broken-line و درجه دوم بود. روش پژوهش: برای این منظور، تعداد 600 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین در سن 21 روزگی به پنج تیمار مختلف با سطوح 75/0، 00/1، 25/1، 50/1 و 75/1 درصد آرژنین قابلهضم تقسیم شدند. برای هر تیمار شش تکرار و برای هر تکرار 20 قطعه بلدرچین در نظر گرفته شد. جیرههای آزمایشی از نظر تمامی مواد مغذی ضروری بهجز آرژنین مشابه بودند. آزمایش از روز 21 تا 35 ادامه یافت و در طول دوره آزمایشی فراسنجههای مختلف عملکردی شامل افزایش وزن بدن، بازده خوراک و بازده لاشه اندازهگیری شدند. علاوه بر این، تأثیر سطوح مختلف آرژنین بر ترکیب شیمیایی گوشت سینه و ران نیز بررسی شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که افزایش سطوح آرژنین تأثیر معنیداری بر افزایش وزن بدن و بازده خوراک در بلدرچینها داشت، بهویژه تیمار 25/1 درصد آرژنین بیشترین میزان افزایش وزن بدن و بازده خوراک را در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها نشان داد. این تیمار اختلاف معنیداری با تیمارهای 75/0 و 00/1 درصد آرژنین داشت، اما در مقایسه با تیمار 50/1 درصد آرژنین تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد. در خصوص مصرف خوراک، هیچ تغییر معنیداری بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد که نشاندهنده بهبود کارایی استفاده از خوراک در تیمارهای با سطوح بیشتر آرژنین ناشی از افزایش وزن بود. برای تخمین سطح نیاز به آرژنین در جیره، مدلهای رگرسیونی broken-line خطی و درجه دوم بهکار گرفته شدند. مدلbroken-line خطی با شیب یکسان، نقطه شکست را در 15/1 درصد برای افزایش وزن بدن و 21/1 درصد برای بازده خوراک شناسایی کرد. همچنین، مدل broken-line درجه دوم نقاط شکست را در 30/1 درصد برای افزایش وزن بدن و 29/1 درصد برای بازده خوراک پیشبینی کرد. همچنین مدل رگرسیونی درجه دوم نشان داد که در سطح 37/1 درصد آرژنین، بیشترین میزان افزایش وزن بدن و در 36/1 درصد آرژنین، بیشترین بازده خوراک مشاهده شد. در خصوص بازده لاشه، تیمار 25/1 درصد آرژنین بیشترین بازده لاشه را در روز 35 نشان داد که اختلاف معنیداری با تیمارهای 75/0 و 75/1 درصد داشت. مدلهای رگرسیونی broken-line و درجه دوم نشان دادند که سطح بهینه آرژنین برای بیشترین بازده لاشه بهترتیب 12/1 و 26/1 درصد بود. افزون بر این، مدل رگرسیونی درجه دوم پیشبینی کرد که سطح بهینه برای بازده لاشه در 32/1 درصد آرژنین قرار دارد. با اینحال، ترکیب شیمیایی گوشت سینه و ران تحت تأثیر سطوح آرژنین قرار نگرفت و هیچ تغییر معنیداری در ترکیب ماده خشک، ماده آلی و خاکستر مشاهده نشد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که استفاده از مدلهای رگرسیونی broken-line خطی و درجه دوم ابزارهای مناسبی برای تخمین دقیق نیاز به آرژنین در جیره غذایی بلدرچینهای ژاپنی هستند. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده، سطح بهینه آرژنین برای بهبود عملکرد رشد و بازده لاشه در بلدرچینهای ژاپنی در حدود 15/1 تا 37/1 درصد توصیه میشود. این یافتهها میتوانند به بهینهسازی جیرههای غذایی در صنعت پرورش بلدرچین کمک کنند و بهبود کارایی تولید و کاهش هزینههای خوراک را بهدنبال داشته باشند. | ||
