چکیده
سرمایه اجتماعی به‌عنوان یک عنصر کلیدی در بازآفرینی شهری شناخته می‌شود. ازآنجایی‌که این‌گونه از سرمایه تسهیلگر بازآفرینی جامعه محلی بوده و موفقیت پروژه‌های بازآفرینی بدان وابسته است، ضعف در مؤلفه‌های آن می‌تواند اثرات منفی بر پروژه‌های بازآفرینی داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های آن بر مؤلفه اقتصادی محرک بازآفرینی شهری در محله تاریخی فیض‌آباد کرمانشاه پرداخته است. در این مطالعه، 180 پرسشنامه تکمیل و با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. هفت مؤلفه شامل احساس تعلق، حمایت نهادهای اجتماعی، مقبولیت ارزش‌ها، درک مشترک، شبکه‌ها، قابلیت اعتماد و مشارکت مدنی به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی شناسایی شدند. همچنین سه عامل اقتصادی محرک بازآفرینی شامل باور به افزایش ارزش املاک، تمایل به استفاده از وام‌ها و انگیزه اختصاص درآمد شخصی به پروژه‌ها بررسی شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که تنها دو مؤلفه «احساس تعلق» و «درک مشترک و همیاری» بر مؤلفه اقتصادی محرک بازآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارند. اما این تأثیرگذاری در سایر عوامل به‌صورت مستقیم دیده نمی‌شود. عواملی چون «مقبولیت ارزش‌ها»، «مشارکت مدنی» و «شبکه‌ها، روابط و ارتباطات» به‌صورت غیرمستقیم تأثیرگذار هستند. ارتباط ساکنین با یکدیگر (سرمایه درون‌گروهی) از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار است اما ارتباط ضعیف آنان با نهادهای حاکمیتی و عدم اعتماد به شهرداری و دولت، سبب ضعف در سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی و برون گروهی شده است. بنابراین ناکارآمدی‌های شهرداری و دولت، پتانسیل‌های سرمایه اجتماعی محله تاریخی فیض‌آباد را برای بازآفرینی پایدار محدود ساخته است.
