| چکیده | ||
| هدف: تخمین انرژی مورد نیاز نگهداری و رشد برههای نر نژاد افشاری با استفاده از روش شاخص رشد نسبی. روش پژوهش: تعداد 30 رأس بره نر نژاد افشاری (وزن بدن: 5/1 ±40 کیلوگرم، سن: 10±140 روز) به صورت انفرادی در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی در سطح تغذیه تا حد اشتها (10 رأس) و یا به صورت محدودیت غذایی 80 درصد (10 رأس) و 60 درصد (10 رأس) حد اشتها تا وزن 50 کیلوگرم تغذیه شدند. شاخص نسبی رشد از تقسیم وزن متابولیکی (وزن بدن به توان 75/0) بر افزایش وزن روزانه (گرم) محاسبه شد. نیاز انرژی نگهداری (کیلوژول به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن متابولیکی) و رشد (کیلوژول به ازای گرم افزایش وزن) با استفاده از عرض از مبدا و شیب خط رگرسیونی بین شاخص رشد نسبی و میزان انرژی قابل متابوبسیم دریافتی به ازای هر گرم افزایش وزن تخمین زده شد. یافته ها:نیاز انرژی نگهداری 440 کیلوژول به ازای کیلوگرم وزن متابولیکی برآورد شد [ME (kJ/g ADG) = 440 RGI (BW0/75) + 24/2 (kJ/g ADG), R2=0.85]. مقدار انرژی قابل متابولیسم برای نگهداری یک بره نر افشاری با وزن 45 کیلوگرم و افزایش وزن روزانه 250گرم، بر اساس معادله شاخص رشد نسبی برابر 13 مگاژول در روز تخمین زده شد. نتیجهگیری:این مطالعه نشان داد که روش شاخص رشد نسبی یک روش مناسب برای برآورد نیاز انرژی در برههای دنبهدار درحال رشد است و اینکه استفاده از اعداد پیشنهادی در جداول احتیاجات غذایی (به عنوان مثال جداول NRC) ) برای همه نژادها در شرایط متفاوت پرورش مناسب نیست. | ||
