| چکیده | ||
| کارآفرینی زنان در جوامع درحالتوسعه، با وجود نقش مؤثر در پیشبرد اهداف اقتصادی و اجتماعی، با موانع و چالشهای متعددی مواجه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی چارچوبی مفهومی برای تبیین مؤلفههای موفقیت کارآفرینانه و تعالی شخصی در میان زنان کارآفرین ایرانی انجام شده است. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی-توسعهای و از نظر روش، کیفی با رویکرد روایتپژوهی است. مشارکتکنندگان هشت زن کارآفرین ایرانی هستند که بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و به روش تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند. براساس یافتهها، چارچوب پیشنهادی از سه بعد اصلی تشکیل شده است: 1. ابعاد موفقیت کارآفرینانه و تعالی شخصی شامل مهارتهای فردی (شناختی، ارتباطی، شخصیتی و مدیریتی)، مؤلفههای موفقیت کسبوکار (نوآوری و مدیریت) و رشد فردی؛ 2. عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت شامل عوامل محیطی (نظیر دسترسی به منابع، فرهنگ کارآفرینی و حمایتهای نهادی) و عوامل فردی (از جمله ریسکپذیری، انگیزش و بهرهمندی از تیم کاری توانمند)؛ و 3. پیامدهای موفقیت در سه سطح فردی (افزایش اعتمادبهنفس و بهبود کیفیت زندگی)، کسبوکار (رشد و توسعۀ سازمانی) و اجتماعی (اشتغالزایی و مشارکت در توسعۀ اقتصادی). همچنین شرایط مداخلهگر نظیر تغییرات فناورانه، بحرانها و زمینههای اجتماعی-فرهنگی بهعنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر فرایند موفقیت شناسایی شدند. چارچوب حاصل از این مطالعه میتواند بهعنوان الگویی کاربردی برای سیاستگذاران، نهادهای حمایتی و زنان کارآفرین برای برنامهریزی، ارتقاس مهارتها و ایجاد بسترهای حمایتی مؤثر بهکار رود. این پژوهش با تأکید بر ماهیت چندبعدی موفقیت و تعالی شخصی در کارآفرینی زنان، زمینهساز مطالعات تکمیلی در این حوزه است. | ||
