| هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی استفاده از لارو مگس سرباز سیاه، بهعنوان منبع پروتئین جایگزین در جیره دام از طریق ارزیابی بخشهای پروتئینی لارو در سیستم کربوهیدرات و پروتئین خالص کرنل و تجزیهپذیری به روش کیسههای نایلونی بود. سوبسترا در پرورش لارو، پسماند رستوران بود. در انتهای رشد لاروی، تجزیه تقریبی، ترکیب اسیدهای چرب و اسیدهای آمینه لارو تعیین شد. از بافر فسفات، محلول شوینده خنثی و محلول شوینده اسیدی برای تفکیک پروتئین به بخشهای مختلف استفاده شد. تجزیهپذیری با روش کیسههای نایلونی و دو راس گوسفند با فیستولای دائمی شکمبه انجام شد. نتایج دوره پرورش لارو نشان داد، به ازای 85 گرم تخم لارو، 5/63 کیلوگرم لارو خشکشده و به ازای هر کیلوگرم خوراک مصرف شده 76/225 گرم لارو (وزن تر) تولید شد. طول دوره پرورش و خروج از تخم، 15 روز با طول متوسط دو سانتیمتری قابل برداشت بود. پروتئین خام و چربی خام لارو به ترتیب 71/41 و 01/35 درصد بود. لارو حاوی غلظتهای بالایی از اسیدهای آمینه ضرروری نظیر متیونین و لیزین و غیر ضروری نظیر اسیدهای آسپارتیک و گلوتامیک بود. بیشترین غلظت اسیدهای چرب مربوط به لوریک و پالمتیک (اشباع) و اولئیک و لینولئیک (غیر اشباع) بود. پروتئین حقیقی با تجزیهپذیری متوسط بیشترین بخش پروتئین را تشکیل داد. نیتروژن غیرپروتئینی و پروتئین حقیقی با تجزیهپذیری سریع به ترتیب 58/14 و 63/9 درصد پروتئین را تشکیل دادند. پتانسیل تجزیهپذیری و تجزیپذیری موثر پروتئین خام در نرخ عبور 05/0 به ترتیب 97/43 و 59/31 درصد بود. نتایج نشان داد که پروتئین لارو مگس سرباز سیاه دارای خصوصیات تغذیهای مناسبی است و این لارو توانایی تبدیل پسماند مواد آلی به مواد مغذی ارزشمند برای تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان را دارد و میتواند بهعنوان یک منبع جدید، جایگزین مناسبی برای منابع پروتئینی رایج باشد. | ||
