| چکیده | ||
| هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی جایگزینی سطوح مختلف سرشاخه خرما بجای منابع علوفهای معمول جیره بر اساس گوارشپذیری الیاف شوینده خنثی هضمنشده علوفهای طی 24 ساعت (24uNDF) در برههای پرواری بود. تعداد 24 رأس بره نر افشاری (با میانگین سن 3 تا 4 ماه و میانگین وزن بدن 3±33 کیلوگرم) به 3 تیمار آزمایشی به صورت: 1) جیره حاوی علوفه یونجه و کاه گندم بدون سرشاخه خرما (صفر درصد سرشاخه خرما)، 2) جایگزینی 50 درصد علوفه با سرشاخه خرما (50 درصد سرشاخه خرما) و 3) جایگزینی 100 درصد علوفه جیره با سرشاخه خرما (100 درصد سرشاخه خرما) اختصاص یافتند. نتایج نشان داد که میزان تجزیهپذیری NDF طی 24 و یا 288 ساعت انکوباسیون شکمبهای سرشاخه خرما نسبت به کاه گندم و یونجه خشک کمتر بود. رفتارهای تغذیه ای شامل مدت زمان خوراک خوردن، نشخوار کردن و زمان جویدن کل تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. مصرف سرشاخه خرما اثری بر گوارشپذیری ماده خشک نداشت اما میزان گوارشپذیری الیاف را کاهش داد. همچنین pH و نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه و متابولیت های خونی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف خوراک روزانه، افزایش وزن روزانه و وزن نهایی بین تیمارهای آزمایشی یکسان بود. هرچند ضریب تبدیل غذایی با افزایش سطح سرشاخه خرما در جیره تمایل به کاهش داشت. بطور کلی، با توجه به اقلیم خشک مناطق جنوب کشور و کمبود علوفه یا نباتات علوفهای میتوان از کنسانتره و سرشاخه خرما بعنوان تنها منبع علوفهای در جیره دامهای پرواری استفاده کرد. | ||
