| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش بهمنظور ارزیابی اثر عصاره اتانولی برگ گردو و برگ چای سبز بر روی میشهای شیرده بر ویژگیهای تخمیر شکمبهای، تولید متان و تولید گاز در شرایط برونتنی و جمعیت میکروبی شکمبه بر پایه استفاده از روشهای میکروبی انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار شامل گروه شاهد (بدون عصاره) و سه تیمار دریافتکننده 100 میلیگرم عصاره به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن زنده از برگ گردو، برگ چای سبز و مخلوط مساوی آنها طراحی شد. عصارهها به مدت دو ماه روزانه در دو وعده به میشها خورانده شد. در پایان دوره، مایع شکمبه از هر تیمار جمع آوری و آزمونهای تولید گاز کل، تولید متان و شمارش جمعیت پروتوزوا با روش گاز تست در سه ران مستقل و چهار تکرار برای هر تیمار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد تیمار شاهد بیشترین تولید گاز بالقوه (A) برابر با 60/373 میلیلیتر و تیمار ترکیب عصارهها کمترین مقدار برابر با 60/265 میلیلیتر را داشت. نسبت مولی استات کاهش و نسبت مولی پروپیونات بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت، بهگونهای که بیشترین مقادیر پروپیونات در تیمارهای ترکیبی (39/34) و برگ گردو (21/32) و کمترین مقادیر در شاهد (80/29) و برگ چای سبز (66/294) مشاهده شد. تیمار ترکیب عصارهها منجر به کاهش در جمعیت پروتوزوآ و متانوژنها شد، در حالی که جمعیت قارچها افزایش یافت (P< 0.02). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد استفاده از این عصارهها در جیره میش ها میتواند تخمیر شکمبهای را از نظر الگوی اسیدهای چرب فرار، تولید گاز و جمعیت میکروبی بهبود دهد. | ||
