چکیده | ||
دالان (کریدور) اقتصادی چین- پاکستان (CPEC) یکی از طرحهای کلیدی ابتکار کمربند و راه (BRI) است. این دالان که در اتصال چین به آبهای گرم اقیانوس هند نقشی راهبردی ایفا میکند، نهتنها پیامدهای اقتصادی برای دو کشور دارد، بلکه ابعاد ژئوپلیتیکی (سیاست جغرافیایی)، امنیتی و اجتماعی گستردهای نیز داراست. در مقالة حاضر، با بهرهگیری از روش کیفی و تحلیل محتوای اسنادی، در چارچوب مفاهیم ژئواقتصاد (ژئواکونومی) و ژئوپلیتیک، به تحلیل طرح CPEC پرداختهایم و نشان میدهیم این طرح از طرحی اقتصادی به ابزاری در ژئوپلیتیک در راستای منافع راهبردی چین در جنوب آسیا تبدیل شده است. وابستگی مالی پاکستان به چین، توسعة زیرساختها در مناطق مورد مناقشه، و حضور پررنگ شرکتهای امنیتی چینی در خاک پاکستان، ازجمله مصادیق این روند است. افزونبر این، در تحلیل مقاله نشان دادهایم که ضعف هویت ملی در پاکستان و واکنش رقبای منطقهای، نظیر هند، چالشهای مهمی را در مسیر تحقق اهداف اولیة CPEC ایجاد کرده است. | ||
