چکیده | ||
عبارت وصفی قدرت بزرگ، قدرت میانی، قدرت منطقهای و قدرت نوظهور برای توصیف جایگاه دولتها در چرخة قدرت نظام بینالملل بهکار میرود. ظرفیتهای نظامی-امنیتی، اقتصادی، قدرت چانهزنی دیپلماتیک، شناسایی، حوزههای نفوذ و راهبردهای سیاسی – امنیتی آنها سبب این دستهبندیها شده است. فارغ از چنین دستهبندیهایی اشکال جدیدی از ایفای نقش وجود دارد که میتواند بر راهبردهای سیاسی – امنیتی این قدرتها اثرگذار باشد. هدف این پژوهش تبیین اثرگذاری نقش قدرتهای امنیتی، تجاری و مدنی در راهبردهای سیاسی و امنیتی آنها در نظام بینالملل است. سؤال پژوهش این است که الگوی ایفای نقش در قالب قدرت امنیتی، قدرت تجاری و قدرت مدنی چه ویژگیهایی در نظام بینالملل معاصر دارد و این امر به چه پیامدهایی بر راهبردهای سیاسی – امنیتی آنها منجر میشود؟ این پژوهش با بهرهگیری از چارچوب مفهومی راهبرد سیاسی- امنیتی قدرتهای موجود از جمله موازنهگری سخت، موازنهگری نرم، مصونسازی و انطباق به این نتایج دست یافته است که نقش قدرت امنیتی توسط روسیه، چین و ایران قدرت تجاری توسط ترکیه و قدرت مدنی توسط هند ایفا میشود. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهد اغلب قدرت امنیتی از راهبرد موازنهگری سخت و نرم، قدرت تجاری از راهبرد مصونسازی و قدرت مدنی از ابتکار انطباق و مصونسازی برای دستیابی به اهداف سیاست خارجی خود استفاده میکند. روش پژوهش از نوع مقایسهای و بر اساس انطباق نظریه بر مورد است. | ||
