تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی سازمانهای دخیل در مدیریت منابع طبیعی شهرستان بهبهان | ||

چکیده | ||
معضل اصلی در بهرهبرداری پایدار از منابع طبیعی، درک موقعیت و ارتباطات پیچیده دستاندکاران متعدد دخیل در اجرای طرحهاست. در این راستا تحلیل شبکههای اجتماعی از جمله رویکردهای جامعه شناختی جهت بررسی هر گونه رابطه اجتماعی و سازمانی عنوان شده است. در پژوهش حاضر شبکه اجتماعی پیوندهای تبادل اطلاعات و مشارکت سازمانهای دخیل در مدیریت منابع طبیعی شهرستان بهبهان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به این منظور پرسشنامهها بین سازمانها توزیع و بر اساس وجود یا عدم وجود ارتباط در مقیاس لیکرت درجهبندی شدند. سپس با کاربرد نرمافزار Ucinet 6.528 شاخصها در سطوح کلان، میانی و خرد شبکه پیوندهای تبادل اطلاعات و مشارکت سازمانی محاسبه شدند. نتایج نشان داد تراکم شبکههای تبادل اطلاعات و مشارکت به ترتیب متوسط و کم بود در مقابل در هر دو پیوند شاخصهای دوسویگی و انتقالیافتگی خیلی زیاد و زیاد ارزیابی شدند. شاخص میانگین فاصله ژئودزیک برای هر دو پیوند در محدوده بهینه قرار داشت که حاکی از سرعت مطلوب گردش اطلاعات و مشارکت در شبکه بود. همچنین در هر دو شبکه سازمانهای سازمانهای جهاد کشاورزی، منابع طبیعی، آب، تعاون روستایی، فرمانداری و امور عشایر به عنوان کنشگران اصلی و مرکزی و اداره محیط زیست، اداره هواشناسی، اداره تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی، دانشگاه صنعتی خاتم الانبیاء بهبهان و ایستگاه کشاورزی بهبهان به عنوان کنشگران فرعی و پیرامونی شناسایی شدند. در سطح ذینفعان شبکه نیز به طور کلی فرمانداری با داشتن بیشترین مقدار مرکزیتها از اقتدار و نفوذ بالایی برخوردار بوده و همچنین دارای بالاترین نقش کنترلگری و واسطهگری در شبکه میباشد. | ||
