چکیده
در سال­های اخیر، شرکت­های بزرگ نفتی در دنیا با پذیرش داده به عنوان یک دارایی استراتژیک و با توسعه میادین نفتی دیجیتال تلاش کرده­اند، سفر تحول دیجیتال خود را سرعت ببخشند. ظهور عظیم­داده در صنعت اکتشاف و تولید، در کنار جزیره­ای عمل‌کردن رشته­های مختلف در زنجیره ارزش سبب شده است که این صنعت با چالش­های فراوانی در مواجه با مدیریت داده­های خود به منظور تصمیم­گیری داده­محور و خلق ارزش از آنها مواجه شود. از این­رو، نیاز به داشتن یک چارچوب مستحکم مدیریت داده در سطح صنعت احساس می­شود. در این مقاله سعی شده است، شکاف ناشی از نبود یک دید جامع در زمینه مدیریت داده برای هدایت متخصصان بخش بالادستی صنعت نفت و گاز و محققان دانشگاهی برطرف شود. این مطالعه با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و با مرور نظام­مند تحقیقات گذشته و ترکیب ادبیات موضوع در این صنعت، مدیریت داده­ها را از جنبه­های مختلف و با تفکیک آن از حکمرانی داده مورد بررسی قرار داده و پس از شناسایی 10 مولفه­ کلیدی مدیریت داده و 47 زیرمولفه آن­، یک چارچوب مفهومی چهار لایه برای مدیریت داده ارائه می­کند. این لایه­ها عبارتند از: 1. لایه زیرساخت داده، 2. لایه معماری و یکپارچه­سازی داده، 3. لایه تحلیل­گری و خدمات داده، 4. لایه اهداف مدیریت داده. اهمیت این مطالعه جلوگیری از سردرگمی در هنگام معرفی و پیاده­سازی مدیریت داده توسط یک شرکت فعال در صنعت اکتشاف و تولید در تمایز با حکمرانی داده است و متخصصان را در فهم بهتر آن به روشی ساختارمند کمک می­نماید.
