| ذهنیت کارآفرینی، مجموعهای از نگرشها و مهارتهایی است که افراد را قادر میسازد که بهطور مداوم فرصتهای جدید را شناسایی کرده، ایدههای نوآورانه را تولید کنند و کسبوکارهای پایدار را ایجاد نمایند. این نگرش برای موفقیت در عرصه کارآفرینی ضروری بوده و افراد را برای مواجهه با پیچیدگیهای آن آماده میسازد. تفکر طراحی و کارآفرینی، فرآیندهای مکمل یکدیگر هستند و ذهنیت کارآفرینی میتواند دانشجویان طراحی را قادر سازد پس از فارغالتحصیلی، فرصتهای تجاری را دنبال کنند. پرورش این ذهنیت در محیطهای آموزشی، بهویژه برای طراحان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است و میتواند فراتر از انتقال دانش فنی، باعث توسعه قابلیتهای نرم شود. ازاینرو سؤال اصلی این پژوهش در رابطه با شناسایی مؤلفههای پرورش ذهنیت کارآفرینانه در دانشجویان طراحی است پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، از نوع سنتزی است. با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و تحلیل نظاممند مطالعات مرتبط، پنج مؤلفه اصلی برای پرورش این ذهنیت شناسایی شد. این پژوهش با ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی نشان داد که پرورش ذهنیت کارآفرینانه در طراحان، فرآیندی تکبعدی و محدود به ارائه مهارتهای کارآفرینی نیست؛ بلکه تحول در مسیر رشد و تکاملی چندبعدی است. همچنین درک عمیقی از ادبیات موجود درباره عناصر این ذهنیت در دانشجویان طراحی را ارائه مینماید که میتواند راهبردی عملیاتی برای بازنگری در برنامههای درسی و توانمندسازی نسل جدید طراحان کارآفرین در ایران فراهم کند. | ||
