| چکیده | ||
| صلح و قدرت ارتباط پیچیده‌ای دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف کمک به فهم بهتر مفهوم قدرت -به‌عنوان یک امر کلی و دارای شمولیت در ساحات مختلف زندگی- درکی غیرمتمرکز از قدرت و حکمرانی و پیوند آن با صلح را ارائه می‌کند. به این ترتیب با نگاهی جامعه‌شناختی و از لنز فوکو به مفهوم قدرت و حکمرانی می‌نگرد و نشان می‌دهد روابط قدرت در ارتباط با صلح در حوزه‌های مختلف زندگی افراد چگونه عمل می‌کند. روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع نظریۀ زمینه‌ای است و داده‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با تکنیک مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 43 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1402 به‌دست آمد و بعد از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به شیوۀ کدگذاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد مصاحبه‌شوندگان صلح را گروگان روابط قدرت و حکمرانی‌هایی می‌دانند که در تمام ساحات زندگی آن‌ها نمود یافته و توسط اشکال و روابط قدرت نامطلوبی از جمله «سلطۀ سلاطین قدر قدرت»، «فناوری انضباطی قدرت» و «رژیم‌های حقیقت حاکم» گروگان گرفته شده است. آنان برای ترمیم این رابطه و دستیابی به صلح به «لزوم واژگونی روابط قدرت»، «شکل‌گیری روایت» و «جلوه‌گری مدارا و رواداری» اشاره داشتند. برای خارج‌شدن از اوضاع پیش‌رو، توجه به حکمرانی نرم یا به تعبیری «حکمرانی ملکگی در کندوی اجتماعی» به‌عنوان ضرورت امروز و نیاز فردا احساس می‌شود. | ||
