چکیده
برنامه سیپا بخشی از کنوانسیون رامسر، باهدف استفاده خردمندانه از تالاب‌هاست. این پژوهش باهدف طراحی و اعتبار یابی الگوی آموزش ترکیبی برای جوامع محلی در برنامه سیپای تالاب بین‌المللی خلیج گواتر و مجموعه تالاب‌های بین‌المللی هامون در سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و به روش آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی بود. جهت استخراج ریز مؤلفه‌های کلیدی، از روش کیو استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی، پس از ارزیابی و جمع‌بندی فضای گفتمان، از میان 110 گزاره، پرسش‌نامه‌ای با 4 دسته و 51 عبارت کیو، توسط ده نفر از خبرگان، طراحی شد. در بخش کمی، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، در اختیار 19 تن از متخصصان برنامه سیپا قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسش‌نامه با آلفای کرونباخ (93/0) به دست آمد. اعتبار یابی الگو، توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS و AMOS محاسبه گردید. برای آزمون الگو، از تحلیل مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی نشان داد الگوی آموزش ترکیبی جوامع محلی شامل 4 مؤلفه اصلی"ارتباطات و تعامل"،" آموزش و اطلاعات"،"مشارکت و همکاری"و" اقدام عملی پایدار" و 36 ریز مؤلفه کلیدی است. طبق نتایج، ریز مؤلفه توانمندسازی جوامع محلی با بیشترین بارعاملی، در اولویت اول جهت حفاظت از تالاب‌های منطقه قرار گرفت. همچنین رابطه مؤلفه‌های اصلی با یکدیگر به‌گونه‌ای است که ارتباطات و تعاملاتی که بین جوامع محلی وجود دارد سبب رشد مشارکت و همکاری بین آن‌ها می‌شود. این مشارکت، گسترش آموزش و اطلاعات را به همراه دارد و بدین طریق زمینه اقدامات لازم جهت حفاظت از تالاب‌ها فراهم می‌شود.
