| یک آزمایش تغذیهای 60 روزه برای بررسی اثرات اسیدهای صفراوی جیره (رونئون 70 درصد( در خوراک با میزان چربی گیاهی 10 درصد بر عملکرد رشد، ترکیب بیوشیمیایی بدن، کارایی مواد مغذی و فعالیت آنزیم گوارشی ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) انگشتقد انجام شد. پنج جیرة غذایی با پروتئین (32%) و چربی یکسان (10%) و سطوح مختلف اسید صفراوی فرموله و تولید گردید. جیرهها بهترتیب حاوی (A) صفر، جیرة (B) 300، جیرة غذایی (C) 600، جیرة غذایی (D) 900 و جیرة غذایی (E) حاوی 1200 میلیگرم اسید صفراوی بر کیلوگرم خوراک بودند. هر جیرة غذایی به سه مخزن 300 لیتری پلیاتیلنی، دارای آب جریاندار، حاوی 30 ماهی کپور معمولی (وزن اولیة بدن 0/63±12/44گرم) بهطور تصادفی اختصاص داده شد. وزن نهایی در تیمار B، بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از تیمارهای A و E بود. بیشترین نرخ رشد روزانه و فاکتور چاقی در تیمار B با اختلاف معنیدار مشاهده شد. ضریب تبدیل خوراک در تیمار E بهطور معنیدار بالاتر از سایر تیمارها بود. بازدة تثبیت چربی در تیمار B بهطور معنیدار بیشتر از تیمارهای D و E ثبت گردید. فعالیت آنزیم گوارشی لیپاز در تیمارهای C و D و فعالیت فسفاتاز قلیایی در تیمار A بهطور معنیدار بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد در سطح چربی 10% در خوراک ماهی انگشتقد کپور معمولی، سطح مکمل 300 میلیگرم اسیدصفراوی بر کیلوگرم سبب بهبود شاخصهای رشد و کارایی خوراک گردید. | ||
