چکیده | ||
The current research seeks to investigate the impact of strategic learning (SL) on improving the performance of SMEs, considering the mediating role of strategic innovation (SI), strategic agility (SA), and the moderating role of absorptive capacity (AC). This research is practical in terms of purpose and the method used is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the research was SMEs of Ilam province. For this purpose, the sample size was calculated using G-Power software, as 138 people. SmartPLS software was used in the data analysis section to test the research model. The research findings showed that SL, SA, and SI enhanced the performance of SMEs. Furthermore, SI and SA have a mediating role in the relationship between SL and the performance of SMEs. Moreover, according to the results, the moderating role of AC in the relationship between SL, SA, and the performance of SMEs was confirmed. Despite this, the type and amount of AC in the studied statistical population is such that it cannot affect the intensity of the relationship between SI and the performance of SMEs. Based on the results, SL can be considered a critical factor in achieving the successful performance of SMEs and its continuation. | ||
