چکیده | ||
یکی از بحرانهای مهم و حلنشدۀ منطقۀ قفقاز جنوبی پس از فروپاشی اتحاد شوروی از سال 1991 بحران منطقۀ قرهباغ کوهستانی است. جنگ قرهباغ در میان جمهوری آذربایجان و ارامنۀ منطقۀ خودمختار قرهباغ کوهستانی بوده و مرحلههای متفاوتی را پشت سر گذاشته است. روسیه بهعنوان یکی از بازیگران مهم منطقه، پس از فروپاشی اتحاد شوروی و اعلام استقلال جمهوریهای تشکیلدهندۀ آن، در پی حفظ نفوذ خود در این منطقه بوده و در این بحران نیز نقش مؤثری داشته است. در این نوشتار سیاست روسیه در مورد جنگهای اول و دوم قرهباغ را بررسی میکنیم و بهدنبال یافتن پاسخ مناسب برای این پرسش هستیم که چه علتها و عاملهایی رویکرد روسیه را در مورد جنگ دوم قرهباغ تغییر داده است؟ چارچوب مفهومی پژوهش، مبتنی بر مفاهیم قدرت بزرگ و قدرت منطقهای است. با روش تکنگاری، این فرضیه را بررسی میکنیم که «تغییرهای سیاسی سال 2018 در ارمنستان و سیاستهای غربگرایانۀ دولت پاشینیان، در تغییر رویکرد روسیه در برابر جنگ دوم قرهباغ، نقش اساسی داشته است». مطالعۀ نویسندگان در این پژوهش، فرضیه بیان شده را تایید میکند. | ||
