چکیده | ||
A sustainable supply chain is one that strives to minimize negative environmental and social impacts. On this basis, companies' supply chains can help them achieve their sustainability objectives, as it can lead to the selection of transport types, the location of entry points and distribution centers, and flows between network nodes according to criteria of cost minimization and environmental and social impact. In this context, the aim of this article is to develop a multi-objective mixed integer linear programming model for sustainable supply chains of perishable products. The model has been implemented in the case of dates in the Kebeli region of Tunisia. We conclude that the proposed model is a decision-making tool that leads to a set of possible solutions incorporating trade-offs between three aspects of sustainability. | ||
