چکیده | ||
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف یکپارچهسازی دانش موجود در زمینه عوامل شکست کسبوکار نوآفرین و استراتژیهای کارآفرینانه اجتناب از آنها و شکلدهی نتایج تفسیری منسجم برای کاهش نرخ شکست نوآفرینها صورت پذیرفت. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف توسعهای و کاربردی بود و رویکرد کیفی چندگانه داشت. در این پژوهش ابتدا فراترکیب متوالی مطالعات پیشین انجام و سپس مصاحبه با 12 تن از خبرگان صورت پذیرفت و مدل و چارچوب تلفیقی و یافتهها ارائه گردید. یافتهها: مدل مقولهبندی جامع عوامل شکست نوآفرین در 7 مقوله تِم فراگیر شامل مشکل تیم/انسانی، مشکل محصول، استراتژی اشتباه، بازار نامساعد، مشکل مالی، سازماندهی بد، و محیط نامساعد از 23 مقوله تِم سازمان دهنده و 249 مقوله تِم پایه حاصل شد. همچنین راهکارها و استراتژیهای مطروحه در ادبیات و مصاحبهها با تحلیل تِم 122 مقوله پایه، در قالب 20 استراتژی فرعی و 5 استراتژی اصلی اجتناب از شکست شامل تیم همافزا، محصول معتبر، هدایت چابک، جریان نقدی کارا، و تسهیل نهادی، به تفکیک مقولههای فراگیر عوامل شکست به دست آمد. نتیجهگیری: دستاوردهای تفاسیر تلفیقی ارائه شد، بیشترین تاکید به ترتیب بر استراتژی انعطاف و چرخش برای اجتناب از عامل شکستِ سازماندهی بَد، استراتژی تیم همافزا برای مشکل تیم/انسانی، و استراتژی ارزش معتبر ناب برای مشکل محصول قرار دارد که پیشنهادهای استنتاجی بر مبنای آنها ارائه گردید. | ||
