چکیده
مقدمه: چاقی و التهاب یک ریسک‌فاکتور مهم بیماری‌هاست. تمرینات هوازی (AE) و گیاهان دارویی می‌توانند التهاب ناشی از چاقی را کاهش دهند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر AE و سبوس برنج (RBE) بر بیان ژن‌های التهابی در بافت چربی سفید موش‌های صحرایی مادۀ چاق بود. روش پژوهش: 30 موش صحرایی مادۀ ویستار به‌طور تصادفی به پنج گروه کنترل تغذیه‌شده با رژیم غذایی طبیعی، کنترل رژیم غذایی پرچرب (HFD)، HFD+(AE)، HFD+(RBE) و HFD (AE)+(RBE) تقسیم شدند. موش‌ها به مدت چهار هفته روی تردمیل دویدند و (RBE) دریافت کردند. به‌منظور القای چاقی از روغن سرخ‌کردنی پالم استفاده شد (0.5 ml/g). پس از قربانی‌سازی، بافت چربی سفید برای اندازه‌گیری بیان ژن‌های IL6، TNF-α و TLR4 استخراج شد. یافته‌ها: HFD سبب افزایش معنا‌داری در بیان ژن IL-6، TNF-α و TLR4 شد (P=0.001). تم)رین هوازی بیان ژن‌های IL-6(P=0.001)، TNF-a(P=0.041) و TLR-4(P=0.032) را به‌طور معنا‌داری کاهش داد. عصارۀ سبوس برنج بیان ژن‌های IL-6(P=0.001)،TNF-α (P=0.003) وTLR-4 (P=0.011) را به‌طور معناداری کاهش داد. بیان ژن IL-6(P=0.002)، TNF-α (P=0.005) وTLR4 (P=0.011) در گروهAE + RBE نسبت به گروه کنترل HFD به‌طور معنا‌داری کمتر بود. تعامل AE و RBE بر بیان این ژن‌ها معنادار نبود. نتیجه‌گیری: (AE) و (RBE) بیان ژن واسطه‌های التهابی ناشی از HFD را در بافت چربی سفید کاهش می‌دهند. استفاده از مصرف AE و RBE به‌عنوان یک راه‌حل پیشگیرانه و درمانی در شرایط چاقی توصیه می‌شود.
